In yoga, the primary meaning of Vinyasa is “union of breath and movement”. The traditional sun salutation is an example of this, in which each movement is connected to a part of the breath. Vinyasa Yoga refers to a form of yoga that follows a specific series of asanas (postures). These postures are performed in sequence to create a specific pattern or fluid flow. The benefits of practising yoga are manifold, including improving one's attitude towards life. This week is the **Milan Design Week**, the city’s biggest design event held every April, during which both the Salone del Mobile, at Fiera Milano Rho, and the Fuorisalone, all around the city, take place. While the Salone del Mobile is the main international trade fair showcasing the latest in furniture and interior design, **Fuorisalone** transforms Milan into a widespread, open-air design hub with hundred free events, installations, exhibitions and parties across many districts (like Brera, Tortona and Porta Venezia). Hello everybody, I usually look for events on Saturdays but I can hardly ever find any, so I asked myself, "Why don't I organise one ?" The idea is to meet at **Next Bar in Via Crema 7** (Very close to P.ta Romana underground station / yellow line) at **18:00** and hang out there for some time.
