Whether anger is intimidating to you or it's all you can feel, join us in this small group session to get in touch with this often misunderstood emotion. Come share your experience and learn from others, feel where anger shows up in your body and find out what you might learn from it. Previous group therapy experience not necessary, a willingness to share and be curious is encouraged. **Context for Mental Health Meetups** In 2025, IHL conducted a survey to understand how internationals in Leuven and the surrounding areas were doing. One thing internationals mentioned they needed more of was mental health support. So we are launching Mental Health Meetups at IHL. Each month, different topics will be featured relating to mental health. The events will be hosted by mental health professionals, bringing their expertise to the international community. These events will be in a variety of formats. Some will be informational, conversational, interactive, etc. It's a safe space to participate how you would like (active or passive).

**28th March Nude Art Class – Drawing and/or Painting – Grand Hospice** Welcome to the seventh session of the nude drawing and painting classes, which will take place at Grand Hospice, in Brussels city centre, until June 2026! When: **Saturday 28th March**, **1.45 - 4.30 pm**. The class will focus on drawing and painting the human figure, using both previously seen and new live models. We will continue studying the human figure, in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, with multiple poses and different posing times, and objects integrated in the composition.
