Ed and Gail's Tuesday Night Dance for Everyone Tuesday, April 14 This dance is for those who like VARIETY: On Tuesdays we offer a delightful music mix for all kinds of dancing -Waltz, Foxtrot, Cha Cha, Rumba, Tango, East and West Coast Swing, Hustle, Two-Step, Bachata, Salsa, you name it! A bit of everything and something for everyone! 7:00-8:00 Lessons and instructors vary. Let's play Pour House Trivia at a great venue - Nighthawk Brewery! Besides being able to get some great beer, this place also sells good pizza in two different styles! Nighthawk is conveniently located in the Pentagon Row development in Pentagon City (Arlington). Parking is available at an adjacent garage right near the venue. Nighthawk is also accessible from the Pentagon City Metro station. The game starts at 7:00, but please try to arrive 15 minutes early to find us and get settled in. See you there!

Mindfulness practice is not about achieving some special state of mind; it is more about noticing the experience you are having without trying to change it.
