This event is for persons that wish to organise tennis sessions for this group. Following on from our first seminar of the year exploring the symbolism of the Tibetan Wheel of Life, in this seminar we will be discussing how to get off the wheel and move towards freedom, by getting onto the spiral path. All are welcome; no prior experience of Buddhism is required. The session begins at 1pm and finishes at 3pm with a tea break in the middle. The Greenway is a celebration of an area of the Port that has never been accessed by the public before and offers people an exciting new destination to visit. Let’s enhance our curiosity and creativity in ourselves and others through Movement. In this event we will have easy exercises and games prepared for us to associate on life in a playful and fun way, and create choreographies with music. An Example of an Exercise: In small groups, we visualise a word with a 5 second gesture, followed by another person, who will associate on that gesture, and create their own. With music, the rhythm can influence the size, intensity and speed of your motion. The other exercises will be a surprise. We will explore ways to express emotions, thoughts, images and experiences, by creating a safe environment without judgement.
