Following on from our first seminar of the year exploring the symbolism of the Tibetan Wheel of Life, in this seminar we will be discussing how to get off the wheel and move towards freedom, by getting onto the spiral path. All are welcome; no prior experience of Buddhism is required. The session begins at 1pm and finishes at 3pm with a tea break in the middle. Dress to impress - The Baily is premium establishment with a smart and neat dress code. Any thing less means you may be turned away by the door staff. It should be quite easy to find me/the organiser. There may be a second location for those that are dressed well and want to drink, chat and dance for the remainder of the night :) Attendees will be expected to purchase at least 1 drink alcoholic or non-alcoholic. The Greenway is a celebration of an area of the Port that has never been accessed by the public before and offers people an exciting new destination to visit. Let’s enhance our curiosity and creativity in ourselves and others through Movement. In this event we will have easy exercises and games prepared for us to associate on life in a playful and fun way, and create choreographies with music. An Example of an Exercise: In small groups, we visualise a word with a 5 second gesture, followed by another person, who will associate on that gesture, and create their own. With music, the rhythm can influence the size, intensity and speed of your motion. The other exercises will be a surprise. We will explore ways to express emotions, thoughts, images and experiences, by creating a safe environment without judgement. Anyone is welcome to attend and no dance experience is required. **Location:** We are meeting at Studio 1 of The LAB. **Fees:** We ask a fee of €10 per person to help out with the costs of the asc group. Five presenters will take the stage to showcase something they've built, solved, designed, or imagined on the ServiceNow platform - and a panel of judges (plus YOU, our amazing audience) will score them live. So basically, America's Got Talent but make it ServiceNow's Got Talent. Bring a notepad if you'd like 'cause you'll definitely be learning something new.
