Come and Join us! Friends and family welcome! Nothing says SUMMER like being out on Lake Ontario - and stunning views of the waterfront. Members are placed into groups of three or four based on their language level. Each 45 minute session consists of friendly casual conversation, and/or informal study. Optional Dinner : After the Language event, we usually go for Dinner. Dinner is optional, you may or may not join the Dinner, it depends on you. However, Dinner is only for Participants that joined on the day of the event. Event Location: Atrium Food Court The food court is directly connected to the Dundas subway station. Leave the subway station and walk west along Dundas Street. At the intersection of Bay Street and Dundas Street, you will find an entrance. Proceed down the escalator. The food court is on the basement floor. Please talk to the organizer with the signboard showing TJEX. (If you can’t find them, please send a message to the organizer.) ⚠️RSVP & Late Policy: If you are unable to join on the day of the event, please change your status from 'going-list' to 'not going-list'. You are invited to a cuddle gathering. The idea is to share fun, loving snuggles and physical and emotional connection with CONSENSUAL NON-SEXUAL touch. If you are looking for a space to relax with people, discover what you like, learn to communicate clearly, or create boundaries, hugs, foot rubs, massage, or snuggling, this is the event for you. This event is welcome to all people, creeds, and walks of life. Zero discrimination. Registration: To reserve your spot, e-mail cuddlemeclosetoronto@gmail.com. Cost: Early-bird by June 13: $45 Community member: $45 (For those who’ve been to a previous cuddle party with me) Regular Admission: $55 Due to the limited capacity of participants, all ticket purchases are non-refundable. PLEASE NOTE: this is not a dating event; therefore I can’t guarantee a perfect gender balance. CUDDLE AGREEMENTS: 1. Clothing stays on the whole time. 2. You don’t have to cuddle anyone at a cuddle gathering, ever. 3. You must ask permission and receive a verbal YES before you touch anyone. (Be as specific in your request as you can.) 4. If you’re a yes, say YES. 5. If you’re a no, say NO. 6. If you’re a maybe, say NO. 7. This class is a guided life force energy transmission designed to help you deepen awareness, regulate the nervous system, release stored emotions, and connect more deeply with themselves. The practice combines life force activation, light language, somatic release, music therapy, and meditation in a safe, supportive environment. Blue Lotus Tea Blue Lotus tea will be served as an optional ritual element. It is non-psychedelic and only mildly psychoactive, helping participants relax the body, quiet the mind, and become more receptive to the experience. It supports the practice but does not create the activation itself. During the Session Participants lie down while receiving a guided energy transmission. Experiences vary and may include: * Gentle spontaneous body movement * Emotional release (laughing, crying, etc.) * Feelings of warmth, tingling, or energy movement * Deep relaxation or bliss * Visual imagery or meditative experiences * Vocal expression such as humming, singing, or spontaneous sounds (often described as light language) Intended Benefits Many participants report: * Greater emotional release and nervous system regulation * Increased self-awareness and clarity * Enhanced intuition and confidence * Breaking old patterns and limiting beliefs * Improved relationships and life direction * Greater creativity, resilience, and sense of purpose The emphasis is on personal growth, conscious awareness, and integration, rather than seeking dramatic experiences during the session itself. What is Light Language? Light language refers to spontaneous vocal, tonal, or gestural expression that some people experience during deep meditative or energetic states. It is viewed within this practice as an intuitive form of self-expression that may support healing, communication, and creativity. Preparation * Avoid alcohol or recreational drugs on the day of the class. * Eat lightly (fruit or juice) 1–2 hours beforehand. * Stay hydrated. * Meditation or gentle breathwork beforehand is encouraged. * Integration guidance will be provided after the session. Who Should Attend The class is open to adults seeking personal growth and self-exploration. It is not suitable for individuals experiencing psychosis or mania, those under 18, or people in the third trimester of pregnancy. If that sounds like you, **bring a thoughtful topic** and join us for a 5-mile walk (10,000+ steps!). **HOW IT WORKS** **Step 1: Bring a topic** Before you arrive, think of **one** topic you want to explore. A question. A thought that's been on your mind. An obsession you want to geek out on. This is your ticket to the event. **Step 2: Circle up & share** We gather in a circle. Your friendly walk host gives a speech to set the tone. Everyone shares: your name, what you're grateful for, and your topic. That's it. 60 seconds. **Step 3: Walk, talk & float** We walk 5 miles. You naturally drift into conversation with 2-3 people at a time, pulled by topics that spark your curiosity.
