Welcome cold lovers! We have been practising cold water plunges for over 4 years. We believe in the benefits of cold water exposure. The feeling you get after the swim is magnificent, it makes you feel alive. We have started this group to safely experience the cold water together. We motivate each other, do active warmup exercises, and also share our life stories with a warm coffee/tea afterwards. The event is every Sunday at 11:30, we meet at the Mythenquai Badi entrance no matter the weather. Take along: a large towel, comfortable bathing suit, flip-flops, and warm clothes (hat, gloves, etc). If you’re planning swimming out take along a bright swim buoy. The event is Free. Guided tour by me with explanations of *The Concentration Camp Exhibition*, which features artwork that I discovered during the course of my doctoral research, made in a concentration camp in Transnistria during the Holocaust. Some of the works were displayed immediately after the war in an eponymous exhibition long since forgotten by time and the politics of memory. This is the first attempt to recreate that 1945 exhibition and also present other drawings and artefacts made in the camp by the Jewish detainees.
