Let's Try Tennis!
We'll meet at 17:45 and play Tennis for 1h on a clay court. We have place for up-to 4 people.
If you have a Multisport card please bring it along, as it will make the court free for you and also reduce the cost for others. If no one has a Multisport card, the game will cost a maximum of 175 CZK, probably less (> 2 people). I will handle the payment for the court so please bring cash to pay me.
Additionally, I'd be collecting 20 CZK to contribute towards the meetup subscription fees for maintainingthis group.
Location:
SK Start Praha
Střelecký ostrov 336 · Prague, cz
\ *Racquets can be rented at location.
\*\ *Please note: Preference will be given to members who have some prior experience of playing Tennis and to those who have reliably participarted in the other events of this group in the past to avoid no-show.
Nerdy Fridays: Brains and Beers
Some people go to pubs.
Some people conquer galaxies, build empires, trade spices, or outsmart dragons.
Nerdy Fridays are our open board game nights for anyone who prefers strategy over small talk and dice over disco lights. Come solo or bring your crew. We’ll help you find a table, explain the rules, and match you with a game that fits your vibe.
From light party games to deep strategic battles, the shelves are open.
Entry fee: 100 CZK
(includes access to games and rule explanation)
Friday nights don’t have to be loud. They can be legendary. 🎲✨
Join us for a 2.5-hour walk in the Old Town of Prague!
Who can attend this meetup:
The tour is an introduction to Prague and is mainly for expats and visitors to our city but everybody who would like to join is invited. ***Important***, please also fill in the booking form on our [website](https://freewalkingtourprague.eu/en/schedule) if you are planning to come (otherwise we will not expect you).
Description:
Meet us by the Powder Tower, the historical gate to the Old Town and starting point of the Royal Route.
Then have an educative walk through the narrow and picturesque streets of the historical center of Prague. Enjoy the unique diversity of architectural styles from Gothic to Art Nouveau. See some of the most interesting sites and get to know fascinating facts and legends of the 1000-year old capital of Bohemia.
End the tour at the riverside 5 minutes away from the Charles Bridge, from which you can continue the tour on your own (or again with us) towards Malá Strana or Prague Castle.
======
Meeting point: We will be standing by the Powder Tower at the side of the Namestí Republiky square with a green umbrella in hand :)
Map: https://goo.gl/maps/tzqKpZ2945S2
Price: there is no fixed price, you will be able to decide yourself how much you value the tour. If you don't know how much is best (and can afford it) we recommend 200Kč, but it really depends on you how much you contribute.
Join us also on our [Facebook profile](https://www.facebook.com/freewalkingtoursprague/) :) and if you are travelling to other cities check out our friends at the [Free Tour Community website](https://freetourcommunity.com/).
For any questions, please contact us at info@freewalkingtourprague.eu. Unfortunately, the meetup application does not always send us phone notifications.
Reminder - only people who booked on our [official free walking tour website](https://freewalkingtourprague.eu/en/schedule) can join the tour and if the tour shows fully booked on the website it means there are no free spots. The meetup list doesn't count in this case.
We look forward to meeting you,
Michal, Amanda, Lana, Iva & Chris

Girls night out!
Hello ladies ✨
Let’s dress up a little, enjoy a nice bar, and then head out for some dancing 💃
We’ll start in a cosy bar (see meeting point) to relax after the week and get to know each other in a smaller group. After that, we’ll move together to a nearby music club and enjoy the dance floor.
This meetup is especially nice if you haven’t joined an event yet — it’s a relaxed and friendly way to start 😊
A few notes:
• We’ll follow a simple plan so everything runs smoothly
• There is an entry fee for the club
• We likely won’t have a table in the club — the focus is on dancing
• You’re welcome to stay as long or as short as you like
As always, please keep basic safety in mind.
Looking forward to meeting you!
Marie 🌸
This is a smaller event to keep a nice atmosphere.
More events for everyone are coming soon.
This time: women only.

• Sunset into night with DJs playing throughout
• Grill & bar running all evening
• Easy mix of people, good atmosphere
It runs for around 6 hours, so you can drop by for sunset or stay the whole time.

Current word limit for submissions is 4,000 words. Send your submissions by 13:30 the Thursday before the meeting (or we have a grace period during which you can submit a lower limit of 2,500 words if you submit by midnight Thursday evening). Also, if you don't have time to read through everyone's submissions, still join the meeting! We know that busy schedules don't always make finding reading time easy.
To submit, use the Dropbox folder. If you don't have access to it, send sonyalakadosch@yahoo.com your e-mail address so I can add you.
Looking forward to seeing everyone there! My number in case of any confusion the day of the meeting is 737 118 530 - or on Facebook: Sonya Lano (https://www.facebook.com/sonya.lano)

* The submissions folder will be replaced within a week after the meeting has taken place. Feedback will be deleted within 2 months after the meeting, so if you need it longer than that, make sure to copy it to your own disk.
