Swansea was a village with its own town hall, fire station, and even historical society. This hike runs through whatever is left standing from that era, and also a quick jaunt into the least-visited part of High Park. The park's northeastern edge doesn't have much attractions and is relatively inaccessible, so that's where we'll go to avoid the crowds. The crowds will probably be gawking at cherry blossoms on the east bank of Grenadier Pond. If you're into that, visit before or after the hike. For food, there's a handful of notable places near the start and end. There's no distinct theme around High Park. In contrast, Bloor West Village has Ukrainian businesses—bakeries but no restaurants, so we'll settle down at a new Tibetan momo restaurant at the end of the hike. **Highlights** 1. This adventure is for you, if you have ever wondered what it would be like to ride a motorcycle...I bet most of us are fond of Motorbike riding and it will be fun to learn and ride together. This is just for us. We will have 3 to 4 Hour Course -- all riding; no classroom! Motorcycles, helmets for most head sizes, and assorted lightweight gloves are provided. We only refund the full amount, if the event is canceled. If it is rescheduled, we will send an email to those who RSVPed 'YES' advising that. A full refund will be given to those that let us know within 2 calendar days of the update email, if you are unable to make it on the new date. No refunds will be given after that time. However, you can sell your ticket to someone else if you are unable to attend. Please, feel free to post in the comment box for the event, that you have a ticket for sale.
