Then we’ll watch a 20-minute film that explores emotional alchemy: how certain states thicken everything, how others clarify, and how small changes in attention can change the result. Emotions here are treated like an inner alchemy set: not just “feelings,” but energetic forces with different frequencies that can be transformed. Raw emotions (even the heavy ones like fear, anger, or sorrow) aren’t mistakes to delete—they’re the base states. With mindful awareness—watching what you feel without judging or shoving it down—you start to see what they’re made of, where they come from, and how they can be refined into clearer qualities like compassion, understanding, and love. We lean into classic alchemy imagery to map the process: trials burn off emotional “impurities,” letting-go dissolves old patterns, and reintegration creates a more balanced self—like turning inner lead into gold.
