We begin by discussing the convergence of ancient heart wisdom traditions and recent heart-based scientific findings; and identify heart qualities that can increase our physical, emotional and mental well-being, resulting in awesome spiritual transformations including enhanced intuition, reduced karma and clarity of vision.
