Al final del evento es **muy importante** escanear el **primer QR** de tu hoja para rellenar el formulario con tu: * nombre * número de teléfono * Instagram * correo electrónico * **los tres nombres** de las personas que más te han gustado *(Es buena idea escribir todos los nombres durante las citas y al final tachar todos excepto los 3 que más te gusten.)* En ese formulario también puedes dejar tu feedback para mejorar el evento. Mientras esperas puedes pedir una bebida, ir al baño y relajarte en la zona indicada. Pedimos a las chicas que lleguen **15 minutos antes** para poder sentarlas antes de que lleguen los chicos. Generalmente organizamos dos o tres grupos por rangos de edad, dependiendo del número de participantes. Durante las rondas, un camarero pasará por si necesitáis pedir algo. *** ### **Actividad para romper el hielo** Dependiendo del día, hacemos una actividad para romper el hielo que consiste en contestar una serie de preguntas por grupos que sirven para conocer un poco más las diferentes personas antes de empezar las rondas de speed dating. ### **Inicio de rondas** Cada participante tiene una mini-cita de **7 minutos** con otra persona. Podrás encontrar preguntas para romper el hielo en la mesa que podrás usar si tu deseas para empezar una buena conversación. ### **Rotación** A la señal del anfitrión (campana o gong), **los chicos se mueven** a la siguiente mesa. La rotación es siempre siguiendo el orden de los números o letras que se encontrarán en las diferentes mesas: A,B,C,D,E,F... 1,2,3,4,5,6.... Al llegar a la última letra, se irá hacía la primera. Lo mismo aplica con los números. Los chicos se levantan 30 segundos para tomar notas; las chicas permanecen sentadas. ### **Pausa** No hay pausa general, pero si quieres descansar una ronda de 7 minutos, puedes pedir al anfitrión saltarte una ronda para pedir bebida, comida, ir al baño o relajarte en el jardín. ### **Fin de rondas** Al terminar, normalmente nos reunimos en el jardín para tomar algo. Así puedes seguir hablando y tomar tu decisión final. ### **Rellenar la hoja** Indica los nombres de **máximo 3 personas** que te gustaría volver a ver. Escanea el **primer QR** y rellena el formulario. Podríamos ampliar a más nombres pero aquí realmente **estamos buscando la chispa real**, por eso el límite es de 3 nombres máximo a votar. If you can't make the hike, we should be there by noon. **How to find our starting point in Big Meadows:** If you are new to Highbanks, the Big Meadows picnic area is 1.5 miles into the park just after you turn into the park off of U.S. Route 23. That is, after you enter the park, drive a mile and a half into the park. You will come to a crosswalk with a yield sign in the middle of it (this is not to be confused with the first such crosswalk you come to just in front of the Nature Center, which you arrive at maybe a quarter of a mile into the park). Just after this second crosswalk, make a left. Then make another almost immediate left into the parking lot on your left. There you will see the jungle gym and the kiddie zip line to your left. I will be just in front of the restrooms just a bit further down from the jungle gym and picnic shelter; the restroom building will also be on your left.
