Calisthenics Outdoor Workout
Outdoor calisthenics workouts are a fantastic way to build strength, improve fitness, and enjoy the great outdoors 😁🦾
Calisthenics is a form of strength training that uses the resistance of your body and gravity to help strengthen your muscles and improve your coordination, endurance, and mobility. It’s a workout that relies on body weight with little or no equipment. In fact, almost all common bodyweight exercises are considered calisthenics exercises. Some examples include:
- airsquats - pushups - pullups - frogstand -handstand -musclup -backlever aso 😁
Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced athlete, calisthenics provides a holistic approach to fitness. 🏋️♂️💪
Restaurant Alphabet - A is for Algeria
This is an idea that came from London, we will give it a go in Luxembourg.
For each event, we'll try to find a restaurant from a different country, by going through the letters of the alphabet. Some letters might need to be skipped and for others we will have a lot of choice. (I for Italy or India for example, plenty of restaurants to choose from.)
The first (and hopefully not last!) restaurant will be A for Algeria.
If there is enough interest and a little closer to the time when we have a better idea of numbers, I'll call Miam Miam to book. For those coming from Luxembourg City, the restaurant is about 15 minute walk from the train station.
Note: no alcohol is served at Miam Miam. Their food is halal.
Any questions, please don't hesitate to ask!

1 talk
**Being Good Is Not Enough: CVs, Interviews & Personal Branding in the Age of AI**
*Speaker: [Anouk RUIZ](https://www.linkedin.com/in/anouk-ruiz/), Business Development Lead*
* AI can write your CV, optimize your LinkedIn, and rehearse your interview answers - making technical competence the baseline, not the differentiator. In this talk, we explore how to stand out in an AI-augmented market. If AI raises the floor, how do you raise your ceiling?
We’ll challenge the myths that more skills, perfect answers, or simply being good guarantee career security.
Instead, we’ll focus on positioning, impact storytelling, live thinking in interviews, and strategic visibility.
For juniors, consultants, and tech professionals who feel competent but invisible and want to become intentionally differentiated.
2 talk
**Looking Back at 15 Years of Accessibility: What Works — and What Still Doesn’t**
*Speaker: [Marie Baudy](https://www.linkedin.com/in/marie-baudy-gazel-946b657/), UX & Accessibility Expert*
* After 15 years working with digital accessibility, I’ve had the chance to see many things evolve — some for the better, others… not as much.
In this talk, I’d like to share a personal and honest look at what I’ve learned along the way. Not as an expert with all the answers, but as someone who has spent years trying, sometimes succeeding, sometimes failing.
We’ll explore what tends to work when trying to make products and services more accessible: the practices that help, the mindsets that make a difference, and the small changes that can have a real impact.
3 talk
**Practical AI for Business**
*Speaker:* *[Ana Petre](https://www.linkedin.com/in/anamariapetre/),* Director, Revenue *Operations, Oracle Health & Life Sciences*
* AI is everywhere, but real impact comes from how it is actually used in day to day work.
In this talk, we will explore AI from a commercial and revenue operations perspective, focusing on how non-technical teams can adopt it in practical ways. You will learn how AI is embedded into Oracle applications and how it is already shaping internal workflows and customer solutions.
We will also look at how AI adoption is scaled across large organizations through local champion communities, with a real example from Oracle Hospitality. Finally, the session will provide an overview of AI across Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and industry solutions, including a spotlight on Oracle Health AI and its role in supporting clinical and operational workflows.
Friendly atmosphere and networking time 🍕

**Abstract**
GitHub Copilot is powerful, but what if you could scale from a solo AI assistant to an entire team of specialized agents working in parallel? This session introduces Squad: an open-source framework for multi-agent orchestration that lets you define teams of AI agents with specific roles, responsibilities, and expertise.
We'll progress from Copilot basics to the Copilot CLI, explore how Agents add autonomy, and see how Instructions and Skills let you customize agent behavior. Then, the climax: a live demo where a Squad team of 3 agents (Lead, Developer, Tester) stands up and builds a working application in real-time, showcasing true multi-agent collaboration.
Whether you're new to AI or exploring how to scale your use of Copilot, this session will show you what's possible when agents work as a team.
