Join us for a fun but challenging outdoor bootcamp for women, followed by an optional community coffee at a nearby location!
A great way to meet likeminded, english speaking friends supporting each other and get fit at the same time.
Suitable for all levels and everyone is welcome.
Aiste will help you to reach your fitness goals and feel more confident in your body!

=An extra light layer to put on after the session as we like to go enjoy a coffee together :-)

STRETCHING CLASSES
A COMPLEX OF EXERCISES AIMED TO ACHIEVE ALL TYPES OF SPLITS, AS WELL AS TO INCREASING THE FLEXIBILITY OF THE LUMBAR (our spines). Especially recommended for dancers!
1. If you've been dreaming about split for long time - I am helping for men and women to become closer to their goals, following personally developed set of exercises that are combining gymnastics, dance and pilates for working on your muscle strength and endurance. Restoring and improving joints mobility.
2. Flexibility - prevention of future injuries (a stretched body is injury-resistant and is not afraid to take an uncomfortable position);
3. If you are involved in any other sport activity - flexible body is a MUST to increase your motion and achieve higher results.
BENEFITS OF DOING STRETCHING
- Stretching will help you stay in shape.
- Get rid of back and hip pain: knees, ankles, hips. This is especially true if you have a sedentary job and a sedentary lifestyle.
- Improve blood flow and nutrition of problem areas.
- During stretching, cartilage and joints are intensively nourished, which makes it possible to regain a feeling of youth and lightness.
- Maintain and improve ligament flexibility. Reduce injuries and the likelihood of microtrauma.
- Maintain muscle elasticity and suppleness. This gives resistance to injury, better skin tone, prevention of neurological problems and seizures.

**Outdoor Movement Class — Vinyasa, Pilates & Yin**
Join us for a feel-good hour in the Bois de Vincennes combining vinyasa yoga, pilates, bodyweight training and yin yoga. You'll leave feeling both worked and restored — strong, sweaty, then slow and spacious.

This class will introduce you to different Pranayama (breathing exercise) and Meditation Techniques and will involve a practice of all these techniques coupled with gentle asana/posture practice. Prana is the vital energy needed by physical and subtle layers on our body. It is the Prana or life force in us that nourishes the mind and keeps the body alive. Pranayama means working in the dimension of Prana and is an integral part of a developing yoga practice. In addition to supporting and deepening your Yoga asana practice, learning ways to calm or invigorate the body through breathing will greatly benefit all aspects of your life. Prior practice of Yoga asana/posture is recommended.

Nanterre Workout Club — Sport en plein air, entre femmes
Bienvenue dans la communaute Nanterre Workout Club.
Je suis Elisa, coach sportive et je te propose de rejoindre notre groupe pour s'entrainer ensemble, au poids du corps, en plein air. Pas de salle, pas d'abonnement, pas de materiel. Juste l'envie de bouger, de progresser, et de le faire entourées de femmes qui se soutiennent.
Pour qui ?
Pour toutes les femmes, quel que soit ton niveau. Que tu n'aies pas fait de sport depuis des annees ou que tu t'entraines deja regulierement, tu as ta place ici. On adapte chaque exercice a chaque personne. L'objectif n'est pas d'etre parfaite — c'est de progresser, a ton rythme.
Comment se passe une séance ?
Chaque séance dure environ 45 minutes et suit le même format : échauffement, circuit de renforcement musculaire au poids du corps, puis étirements. Les séances sont encadrées, structurées, et variées.
Ce qui fait la force de ce groupe, c'est l'atmosphere. Pas de jugement sur les corps, pas de competion, pas de pression. On est la pour se sentir bien, se dépasser, et partager un moment avec des femmes qui ont la même envie de prendre soin d'elles.

Hike High Banks - 9:30 AM START
Hike approx 4.0 miles at approx. 17 minute mile pace. Meet in front of the Nature Center.
Hike Blendon Woods Metro Park
Hi ladies. We will meet in front of the Nature Center and head to the two Observation decks. We will then hike Hickory Ridge, Ripple Rock, Overlook and Sugarbush trails to get approximately four miles total distance. We will walk approximately a 18 minute mile pace. Please wear appropriate hiking shoes.
Sharon Woods HIKE
Hi ladies. Let's hike the Edward Thomas, Spring Creek, and a little multi-purpose trail - approximately 4 miles.
Please bring a water bottle as needed and appropriate shoes. Meet in the Maple Grove Picnic area.
Walnut Woods
We'll hike four miles at Walnut Woods, which is generally a pretty easy hike - doing the Sweetgum Trail Loop and then out and back on the Monarch Loop to get us to 4 miles. Pace around 17-18 minute miles with no one left behind, and faster walkers can lead out ahead.
Optional lunch at Brewdog or Canal Winchester.
