Most places we meet other gay men are bars, apps, or busy social scenes. This is something a little different. Gay Men’s Circle is a relaxed evening where you can connect with other men in a more real and grounded way. No pressure to perform, impress, or have the right words. Some men share what’s going on in their lives. Others simply listen and take in the conversation. Both are completely welcome. Many people say they rarely get the chance to spend time with other gay men like this. It is often surprisingly refreshing. No experience with circles or men’s work is needed. Come join us at The Playground with our weekly drop-in improv workshop! Running on Monday evenings, this is a chance to experience improv among like minded people. No experience necessary and all levels are welcome! Each week we will have a different theme with exercises and activities to allow us improve our improv skills. Whether you are interested in developing the skills for your professional or personal life, or you are someone who currently performs or would like to perform on stage, then there is something for everyone. The long-term objective of The Playground is to create a place for people to develop and create projects and shows, providing regular opportunities for those who wish to perform in shows. Hi, all Independent Movie Lovers. You are invited meet at 7 pm, on Friday the 17th of April. This meeting is at the Café on the ground floor of the Light House Cinema, Smithfield Square, Dublin. We will discuss the film: **Two Prosecutors** (2025), directed by Russian director Sergey Loznitsa. The IFI is the only cinema now showing this movie, and lists it under the original title **Zwei Staatsanwälte**. We will also discuss the movie: **Amélie** (2001), directed by Jean-Pierre Jeunet. This is the live-action movie from 2001, not the unrelated animated movie 'Little Amélie' currently in cinemas.
