When To Use AI, When Not To: Real Decisions Your Team Faces
**This event is taking place online.**
You know AI is shifting how work happens. But where does it fit in *your* team? Maybe you're using it somewhere and not sure it's working. Maybe you've held back because you're not confident. Maybe you can't agree on when to use it. Welcome to an honest decision-making conversation.
17:00 â Intro
17:05 â When do you use AI, when not? (In your teams, right now)
What's missing to decide well together?
17:15 â Simple frameworks for making these choices
17:30 â Examples and take-aways
17:45 â Questions and wrap-up
This is the second session in our series. We'll test some decision-making frameworks together and learn what actually helps your team choose clearly, because the best decisions come in good company.

We are making reservation and counting on you to show up, so please register only when you are going to be there, don't forget to update your RSVP if you can't come.

Open Reflection Women's Circle
**Open Reflection Circle** is a small and intimate womenâs gathering in Berlin, where we come together in a cozy cafĂ© to share, reflect, and connect with one another.
In this circle, a small group of around **8â10 women** gathers to spend time in meaningful conversation and reflection. We begin by introducing ourselves and gently creating a space where everyone feels comfortable and welcomed.
Through guided reflection prompts, we explore our journeys, our emotions, and the experiences that shape our lives. These prompts are designed to help you open up and reflect more deeply on your thoughts, your dreams, and the challenges you may be navigating.
We also include a few light and playful exercises to break the ice and help everyone feel relaxed and connected. The intention is not to create pressure to share, but to create an environment where sharing feels natural and safe.
The heart behind the **Open Reflection Circle** is simple:
to bring together women who can hold space for each other and remind one another that we are not alone in our journeys.
This is a space where we can talk honestly about our lives â our visions, our goals, what we are building, and what sometimes holds us back from taking action.
We reflect together on questions such as:
Where do we want to go in life?
What are we dreaming of creating?
What challenges are we facing in our emotional wellbeing or personal growth?
By listening to one anotherâs stories and perspectives, we often discover insights that we might not have seen on our own.
You are encouraged to bring a **notebook and pen**, as many women like to take notes from reflections, ideas, and inspiration that arise during the conversation.
Toward the end of the gathering, we close with a small and meaningful practice: exchanging short **love letters of gratitude** with each other.
These simple messages help us acknowledge the presence of the women in the circle and leave the space with a feeling of appreciation, connection, and warmth.
The intention of this circle is not advice or fixing each otherâs problems.
It is simply to **listen, reflect, learn from one another, and hold space for the beautiful complexity of each womanâs journey.**
SU&W in Zehlendorf
Shut-Up & Write Zehlendorf meets Fridays, except during school holidays, following the standard format of 15 minutes to say hello, followed by two 45 minute writing sessions and a break in between. The location is a cozy coworking space, which means it's quite peaceful, with no music playing or customers chatting around us. Coffee and tea are available in the kitchen, so there's no pressure to purchase anything (though donations are welcome!). So come and join us for some quiet work in a quiet space.
When you arrive, if the door is closed, just text or ring The Space Coworking: 0178 869 0222.
Early Midsummer Night Hike, Swimming and Picnic
It is a bit too early for a midsummer night party, but on the weekend the weather forecast predicts thunderstorms. On Friday evening, we will celebrate midsummer night with a hike through Königswald and a picnic, including swimming, at Sacrower Lake. Weâll meet at the Wannsee ferry terminal (near Wannsee S-Bahn station) at 17:55 and take the ferry to Alt-Kladow at 6 pm. The ferry ride is covered by a standard BVG ticket (Zone B). (The next ferry leaves an hour later, so please allow about 5 minutes to walk from the S-Bahn station to the terminal.)
From Alt-Kladow, weâll follow freely this Komoot route: https://www.komoot.com/de-de/tour/1585149981 . I aim at a hike duration of 2 1/2 hours. After 12 km, we want to arrive at Sacrower Lake. Bring swimwear, food and drinks and, if you like, champagne to celebrate the best time of the year. At around 22:30 we leave the lake and head for the bus station in Alt-Kladow.
For communication during the hike, I will send a Signal group link to all participants via private message a couple of hours before the hike. This timing is intended to prevent non-participants from misusing the link for unwanted advertising, which has happened in the past. Signal allows us to share our locations during the hike without involuntarily forwarding this information to the intelligence services of authoritarian or non-authoritarian states, but unfortunately the location sharing function does not include tracking, i.e. no continuous updates.
For all other purposes, especially socialising and posting photos, please use the Telegram subgroup 'Event Chat & Photos': https://t.me/addlist/KAOk2PA4BDE0ZTY8 .
The hike will take place if at least 6 people sign up. As long as there are more than 6 people, you can sign up and cancel as many times as you like. If there are 6 or less people, please avoid cancelling, as this might make the other participants feel insecure about whether the hike will take place (or whether there is something wrong with the hike and they should cancel as well --> Matthew effect - Wikipedia). If there are less than 6 participants, the hike will also take place unless the majority of the participants are in favor of canceling the hike.

High-Performing Brunch
Join us for a brunch with ambitious, driven people who want more than small talk.
This meetup is for people who enjoy ideas, but value action even more â people who appreciate honest conversation, challenging perspectives, and being around others who want to build, improve, and make things happen.
As Grant Cardone said, âNo commitment equals no results.â
We take that seriously here: commitment matters.
**Please read before RSVPing:**
* RSVP âyesâ only if you genuinely plan to attend.
* If your plans change, update your RSVP *at least 24 hours in advance* so someone else can take the spot.
* Members who no-show, or cancel less than 24 hours before the event, will be blocked from future events.
* As we are meeting on a busy Saturday morning, please be respectful of the café and plan for a minimum spend of 10 EUR per person.

\*\*The run with the highest goat count in Berlin!!\*\*
\*\*\*Its going to be HOT! Bring water with you. There is also a drinking fountain on our route in Mauerpark, at about the 2km point.\*\*\*
Stretch your legs on Saturday morning with the three parks run. Enjoy the virtually traffic free route, and take time out to commune with the goats and lop-eared rabbits at two mini zoos we pass on the way. Your weekend is guaranteed to start right!
We meet on BrunnenstraĂe across the street from Gesundbrunnen Bhf at the edge of Volkspark Humboldthain, see the map pin!
From there we run towards Mauerpark, then towards Pankow along the Mauerweg. Then through BĂŒrgerpark Pankow and back along the Panke towards Volkspark Humboldthain. The route takes about an hour, depending on our pace
Highlights:
\- Volkspark Humboldthain steps to the top of Flakturm
\- Mauerpark grafiti wall \- option for a short uphill\, or you can stay on the flat
\- Mauerweg
\- Goats and rabbits at the Mauerpark mini zoo
\- Trail running
\- BĂŒrgerpark Pankow
\- Saying hi to the goats in the park :\)

We have some options to do and usually do some altitude, i.e. stairs, in the Humboldthain park and "hill" in Mauerpark! :)
We have a few variations of the route that we sometimes do to keep things interesting, they add up to the same distance.
Our pace is typically \~5.45 min/km, but we'll wait for everyone!
Feel free to bring friends!
There is also the option to finish up at Flying Roasters on HochstraĂe for a coffee afterwards!

đŠ© The Lab of Dreams â Summer Solstice GatheringđŠ©âïž
My definition of a dreamer is simple:
A dreamer is someone who is grounded in reality and still believes that dreams can come true. And goes towards them.
The Lab of Dreams is a space for curious minds and open heartsâa place where we will explore dreams, aspirations, goals, intentions and possibilities together.
On the Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year, we gather to celebrate light, growth, and the courage to imagine what is possible.
Through playfulness and reflection, we will explore:
âš What dreams are alive within us right now
âš What wants to grow and be expressed
âš What possibilities are waiting for our attention
âš What small next step feels aligned and inspiring
Bring your curiosity and openness and let's enter the Lab of Dreams together.
đŠ©To ensure each person and their dream receive proper attention, sessions will be limited to a maximum of 4â6 participants.
đŠ©If you resonate with this space and feel curious to explore, connect and have some fun together, you are warmly welcome âš

Approximately 2.5â3 hours, or maybe more depending on the number of participants.

Walk & Talk About Life's Big Questions
[The Board Walks](http://www.theboardwalks.com/) are for curious people who love deep conversations.
If that sounds like you, **bring a thoughtful topic** and join us for a 5-mile walk (10,000+ steps!).
**HOW IT WORKS**
**Step 1: Bring a topic**
Before you arrive, think of **one** topic you want to explore. A question. A thought that's been on your mind. An obsession you want to geek out on. This is your ticket to the event.
**Step 2: Circle up & share**
We gather in a circle. Your friendly walk host gives a speech to set the tone. Everyone shares: your name, what you're grateful for, and your topic. That's it. 60 seconds.
**Step 3: Walk, talk & float**
We walk 5 miles. You naturally drift into conversation with 2-3 people at a time, pulled by topics that spark your curiosity. When you're ready to move on, just say: "I'm going to float!"
**Step 4: Feel more alive**
Two hours flies by. You're back where you started â but you feel different. More alive. More energized. More connected to yourself and others. That's why regulars join 20+ times.
*For more details, read our [Orientation Guide.](https://www.theboardwalks.com/orientation)*
**HOW TO BRING A GREAT TOPIC**
A great topic = something you're genuinely curious about.
Recent topics include:
* "What are you passionate about right now?"
* "What makes a good friend?"
* "What's a belief you used to hold that you've completely changed?"
* "How do you want to be remembered?"
* "What would you do if money wasn't a factor?"
Think of your topic like the dish you're bringing to our conversational potluck. If everyone brings an A+ dish (i.e. energizing, uplifting, expansive), we'll all walk away feeling lighter and brighter.
**WHAT TO EXPECT**
This isn't a fitness event with casual chitchat. It's a walking think tank where we explore life's big questions together, beyond small talk. *If you're looking for light banter or a standard networking event, this probably isn't the right fit.*
But if you crave depth, genuine connection, and conversations that make you feel alive? You'll love it here.
**FAQ**
* Wear casual athletic attire and sneakers. It's a long walk!
* We have multiple first-timers at each event. We work hard to create a welcoming, inclusive, clique-free space.
* We welcome people of **all** ages, backgrounds, and industries who align with the [intention](https://www.theboardwalks.com/ground-rules) of this space.
* Rain or shine, we've been out here nearly every week since July 2022. If the event is cancelled, we'll let you know.
* Dogs, babies in strollers, parents, and friends are welcome â please text/email them the event link so they can RSVP and prepare a topic!
**LOGISTICS**
* If you'll arrive over 10 minutes late, we suggest skipping the event. It's hard to find us once we start walking, and your host can't answer messages during the event.
* This walk is designed for everyone to *move together at the same steady pace* (about 20 min/mile). This format works best when the whole group moves in unison. If you have mobility limitations, we kindly encourage you to find an event better suited to your needs.
* Read our [Orientation Guide](https://www.theboardwalks.com/orientation) for full details.
* If you enjoy the event, send **[this](http://www.theboardwalks.com/)** to a friend or sign up for our **[newsletter](https://theboardwalks.beehiiv.com/)**. We're in multiple cities with more on the way. đ€ đ
**IF YOU WANT TO GO DEEPER...**

Communication is everything in life
You are only as successful as your ability to communicate.

You can!
The secret to success relies on your ability or inability to effectively communicate. Attend a free seminar and gain a better ability to communicate.
