Come join us on playing the small astro outdoor pitch with walls and goals at Jahn-Sportpark. Like inside Hallenfußball - but outside! We play 4vs4 or 5vs5 with up to 2 sub each team. Fun Fun Fun! Do you like to play football - but relaxed and not with competitive or aggressive players? Are you a bit lazy, a bit old, a bit unfit or just not so talented? Are you tired of over-competitive emotional bros who only want to show off their skills and desperately need to win? **Then [Lousy & Lazy Football](https://www.instagram.com/landlsc/) is the right thing for you!** We are a group of friendly people who just want to have a relaxed kick. All genders, ages (18+) and nationalities welcome. Note: **We** only play with "Multinocken" (multistuds) or shorter. Please have a look here: [link](https://www.11teamsports.com/de-de/fussballschuhe/multinocken/). Rules for lazy & lousy football 1. **Don’t be competitive** 2. **No hard tackling/sliding challenges** 3. **Support new and less skilled players by giving them the time and space to play the ball, dont intercept passes to and from them** 4. **Don’t dribble past multiple players (trying to take on one player is fine).** 5. **Don’t close down the defenders too quickly. Give the team a chance to play the ball out.** 6. **Rotate the goalkeeper** 7. **Be a teamplayer, pass the ball.** 8. **We enjoy shooting goals, but we dont count them. Winning / losing doesn't matter.** This meetup is for members of the Lousy & Lazy Sport Club. If you want to try out our lousy & lazy sport events, you can do a trial run (Probetraining).

Berlin Sprachcafé. Learn and practise German easily (A1-A2)
The Language Café is primarily aimed at people who are struggling with their mental health which can make it hard to go to regular courses. We want to create a safe space for everyone to learn and practise without pressure. Everyone is welcome! Please try to be on time so we can all get started together :) We mainly practise on a beginner/lower intermediate level and adapt to everyone's prior level of German. The Language Café will focus on teaching you the most important words and phrases and basic grammar in German. The content of the course is adapted to real life. (everyday life in Germany, dealing with authorities, etc.) We will cover different topics every week and you can join us anytime, since the topics do not necessarily build on each other. The Sprachcafé is for free. \*If you cannot make it please cancel your participation so someone else from the waiting list can join, thank you!\* \| \| \| \|

High-Performing Brunch
Join us for a brunch with ambitious, driven people who want more than small talk. This meetup is for people who enjoy ideas, but value action even more — people who appreciate honest conversation, challenging perspectives, and being around others who want to build, improve, and make things happen. As Grant Cardone said, “No commitment equals no results.” We take that seriously here: commitment matters. **Please read before RSVPing:** * RSVP “yes” only if you genuinely plan to attend. * If your plans change, update your RSVP *at least 24 hours in advance* so someone else can take the spot. * Members who no-show, or cancel less than 24 hours before the event, will be blocked from future events. * As we are meeting on a busy Saturday morning, please be respectful of the cafĂ© and plan for a minimum spend of 10 EUR per person.

**TOPIC - Dear 12 Year Old ME....** What would you say if you could time travel and give advice to your younger self? Picture your younger self discovering a letter from you today, tucked away in a box beneath their bed, right before stepping into the whirlwind of teenage life. This letter shares insights from your life experiences and how they will influence the future ahead. The purpose of writing this letter is to offer a sense of closure, guidance, encouragement, and reflection to the 12-year-old you, helping the adult you are now release past challenges and embrace what lies ahead. (Please come prepared with a notebook or journal and pen) **\*\*A Few Things to Note....PLEASE READ BEFORE RSVP-ING....\*\*** * Because we are partnering with a venue that so kindly allows us to host our meeting free of charge, please help with supporting the venue by purchasing a drink or cake. (Prices range from 3-9 euros) * ***If you can't make it, please refrain from RSVPing.*** *We want to ensure we have an accurate headcount for the venue and keep spaces available for those who genuinely wish to attend, as they are limited. Thank you for your consideration!*

Chitta Walks - Awareness in Motion
Chitta Walks - Awareness in Motion
Chitta Walks is for people whose days move fast, while the mind never fully lands. Thoughts keep looping even when nothing is urgent. The body moves, but attention is elsewhere. Over time, this disconnect drains clarity and ease. This walk is a simple reset. We meet in Berlin’s Tiergarten and walk at a gentle pace. Parts of the walk are in silence, with light guidance and a few short prompts. The walk itself is the practice, bringing body and mind back into the same moment. No apps. No performance. Just a clear space to slow down and notice what is happening. If you want to slow down without withdrawing from life, join a Chitta Walk. ✹ **What to expect (approx. 90 minutes):** * A short arrival and orientation * A guided silent walk (phones off, no conversation) * One concise science-based impulse on attention or stress * Optional reflection in pairs or small groups * A simple takeaway or experiment for daily life đŸš¶**Who this is for:** * Professionals, creatives, and people in transition. * People who feel mentally busy and want more clarity and balance. * Those curious about mindfulness, but grounded and practical. * Anyone comfortable with silence and gentle self observation. 🔔 **Practical notes:** * Duration: 60-90 minutes * Wear comfortable shoes and weather-appropriate clothing * No prior experience needed * Group size is limited to keep the space quiet and focused 🧭 **Facilitator:** My name is Partha Sarathi, you can call me PS. I have lived in Berlin for over 12 years. With a background in physics and materials science, my interest in mindfulness grew through personal experience with stress and health challenges. I facilitate the space and structure of the walk, inviting shared exploration rather than instruction. đŸ€” **Why Chitta Walks?** Chitta is a Sanskrit word referring to the mind or field of awareness, used here in a practical, non-religious sense. Chitta Walks is about noticing how the mind works by slowing down and walking together. Mindful walking makes thought patterns visible in real time, while moving and sensing in the world. The name points to a simple capacity: noticing what is happening in the mind without immediately trying to fix, judge, or optimize it. 🌿 **Possible effects:** A calmer nervous system. Clearer attention. A felt sense of being more present in your body. Subtle insights into how your mind reacts under everyday conditions. A quieter, more grounded way of moving through the city. **Come as you are. Walk. Notice. Leave with a little more space inside.**
Decision-Making Under Pressure (Part 2) ⭐
Decision-Making Under Pressure (Part 2) ⭐
🧠 **Decision-Making Under Pressure (Part 2)** The wait is over. After the great response to our first session, we’re bringing it back — with new scenarios, new challenges, and even more real-time decision-making. This is not a typical event. It’s an **interactive business simulation**, where you step into the role of a founder and face real-world startup situations under pressure. You’ll work in small teams, analyze scenarios, make decisions within limited time, and present your approach — just like in real life. *** # 💡 What to Expect đŸ”č Work in teams đŸ”č Solve realistic startup scenarios đŸ”č Make decisions under time pressure đŸ”č Present your strategy đŸ”č Receive feedback and different perspectives Each round becomes more challenging, pushing you to think faster, communicate clearly, and act with confidence. *** # 🎯 Why Join Because building a startup is a series of decisions — and the ability to make them under pressure is what makes the difference. Whether you’re a founder, aspiring entrepreneur, or simply curious, this session will challenge you to think critically and act decisively. *** # 📅 Event Details 📅 **May 9, 2026** ⏰ **17:00 – 19:00** 📍 **MAATI – Indische KĂŒche** đŸ€ Community We’re building a space where people don’t just network, they **connect, collaborate, and grow together.** For updates about upcoming events, networking opportunities, and founder meetups, join our **WhatsApp community** where entrepreneurs support, connect, and grow together. 👇 [https://chat.whatsapp.com/IOjguBGBakz59qp2b6BE0V](https://chat.whatsapp.com/IOjguBGBakz59qp2b6BE0V)

Just be yourself, no masks needed. \#\# đŸ—Łïž 2\. Listen with Empathy When someone shares, listen with your full attention and an open heart. Avoid interrupting or offering unsolicited advice. Sometimes, the most powerful support is simply being present and listening. \#\#\# đŸ€ 3\. Respect Confidentiality What’s shared in the circle stays in the circle. Trust is the foundation of this group, please don’t repeat or post about anyone’s personal experiences outside of the meetup. \#\#\# 🧘 4\. No Judgment\, No Fixing Everyone’s experience is valid. Walk & Talk About Life's Big Questions
Walk & Talk About Life's Big Questions
[The Board Walks](http://www.theboardwalks.com/) are for curious people who love deep conversations. If that sounds like you, **bring a thoughtful topic** and join us for a 5-mile walk (10,000+ steps!). **HOW IT WORKS** **Step 1: Bring a topic** Before you arrive, think of **one** topic you want to explore. A question. A thought that's been on your mind. An obsession you want to geek out on. This is your ticket to the event. **Step 2: Circle up & share** We gather in a circle. Your friendly walk host gives a speech to set the tone. Everyone shares: your name, what you're grateful for, and your topic. That's it. 60 seconds. **Step 3: Walk, talk & float** We walk 5 miles. You naturally drift into conversation with 2-3 people at a time, pulled by topics that spark your curiosity. When you're ready to move on, just say: "I'm going to float!" **Step 4: Feel more alive** Two hours flies by. You're back where you started — but you feel different. More alive. More energized. More connected to yourself and others. That's why regulars join 20+ times. *For more details, read our [Orientation Guide.](https://www.theboardwalks.com/orientation)* **HOW TO BRING A GREAT TOPIC** A great topic = something you're genuinely curious about. Recent topics include: * "What are you passionate about right now?" * "What makes a good friend?" * "What's a belief you used to hold that you've completely changed?" * "How do you want to be remembered?" * "What would you do if money wasn't a factor?" Think of your topic like the dish you're bringing to our conversational potluck. If everyone brings an A+ dish (i.e. energizing, uplifting, expansive), we'll all walk away feeling lighter and brighter. **WHAT TO EXPECT** This isn't a fitness event with casual chitchat. It's a walking think tank where we explore life's big questions together, beyond small talk. *If you're looking for light banter or a standard networking event, this probably isn't the right fit.* But if you crave depth, genuine connection, and conversations that make you feel alive? You'll love it here. **FAQ** * Wear casual athletic attire and sneakers. It's a long walk! * We have multiple first-timers at each event. We work hard to create a welcoming, inclusive, clique-free space. * We welcome people of **all** ages, backgrounds, and industries who align with the [intention](https://www.theboardwalks.com/ground-rules) of this space. * Rain or shine, we've been out here nearly every week since July 2022. If the event is cancelled, we'll let you know. * Dogs, babies in strollers, parents, and friends are welcome — please text/email them the event link so they can RSVP and prepare a topic! **LOGISTICS** * If you'll arrive over 10 minutes late, we suggest skipping the event. It's hard to find us once we start walking, and your host can't answer messages during the event. * This walk is designed for everyone to *move together at the same steady pace* (about 20 min/mile). This format works best when the whole group moves in unison. If you have mobility limitations, we kindly encourage you to find an event better suited to your needs. * Read our [Orientation Guide](https://www.theboardwalks.com/orientation) for full details. * If you enjoy the event, send **[this](http://www.theboardwalks.com/)** to a friend or sign up for our **[newsletter](https://theboardwalks.beehiiv.com/)**. We're in multiple cities with more on the way. đŸ€ đŸ‘‹ **IF YOU WANT TO GO DEEPER...** [The Board](https://stan.store/ellebeecher/p/the-board) is the next step: a high-trust collective for renaissance people devoted to creating, connecting, and building lives that light us up. * This is a global HQ for people who crave big talk, deep connection, and dream collaborations with people across industries. If the walks feel like a spark... The Board is the fire. Apply [here](https://stan.store/ellebeecher/p/the-board).

CMG Gives Back: Serve Brunch at FAITH MISSION GRANT KITCHEN!
Join us as we get together to get together to help those in need at this CMG Gives Back event! We have a great little community of Movie Group friends so rather than see a movie this time, we’ll help “create a better world” by helping serve those in need. Here are complete details and our plan for this event: FAITH MISSION – GRANT KITCHEN: The Faith Mission kitchen and dining room serves residents 3 meals a day, every day of the year. For this event, our group will help prepare food, serve meals, assist residents in the dining room, wash dishes, and clean surfaces. PLAN: We will be preparing / serving / cleaning for BRUNCH from 10:30am to 12:30pm and have space for a total of 7 volunteers. Please arrive at 10:20am and wear closed-toe shoes and long pants. LOCATION: Faith Mission – Grant Kitchen is located at 245 N. Grant Ave. Enter the kitchen at Dock 1 (in the back of the building), indicated in the attached map. On-site parking in the adjacent lot and street parking is available in the surrounding area. Below are some links / attachments with additional info/details: IMPORTANT REMINDER: Our group will be providing all of the volunteers on this day so a firm RSVP count is essential. Please only sign up if you are certain you’ll be able to attend. If something unavoidable comes up, please try to update your RSVP no later than one week prior to the event. With few exceptions, no shows or cancelations within 1 week of the event will not be eligible for future CMG Gives Back events. I appreciate your understanding as we try to ensure the agencies have the volunteers needed to provide the essential services they provide to the vulnerable population they serve. Our Partner Agency for this event is Lutheran Social Services! A huge THANK YOU to all of YOU for volunteering at this (and any of our previous) CMG Gives Back events! Should be another good/fun/meaningful time together, Dan
