This class focuses on **advanced [Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brazilian_jiu-jitsu) concepts**, including **takedowns**, **positional drilling**, **submissions**, **transitions**, **situational sparring**, **strategy development**, and **live training**. This class is designed to be **faster-paced** and may involve a high volume of **[rolling](https://bjjfanatics.com/blogs/news/jiu-jitsu-rolls)**. While the class is scheduled for **one hour**, it may occasionally run up to **90 minutes** depending on content and participation. The **drop-in fee** for non-members is **$20**, payable on-site.
