Our certified coaches will guide you through the basics of the game and help you to develop your technique and strategy. Join Os Angoleiros do Interior for a whole-body experience of Capoeira Angola to close out your day! Come in comfortable clothes as we learn basic movements and tune our senses to the rhythm of Capoeira Angola. Welcome to all levels of movement experience, even if you have never heard of Capoeira!
