Usually play on a pretty competitive level. Our football skills are average to good. To keep things fair and enjoyable for all, we follow a few simple rules: * **Show up at 07:15** so that you can get checked by the organiser * If you are not checked by the organiser then \*\*1 match penalty applies\*\*(being moved to waitlist) * **No studs** * If you show up with studs, then you wont be allowed to play * No dangerous tackling * If you get tackled, you need to call the foul * In case of handball only people close (1-2m) can call handball * Since we play 12v12, we have offsides (0-1m difference is still tolerated) * No penalties for handball in penalty box(no way of proving handball and please be fair) * In case of handball, the other teams goalkeeper gets the ball

Zum Thema: # Ein neues Jahr - Neujahrsvorsätze verwalten Wir kennen es alle... in diesem Jahr machen wir Sport, essen gesünder, treffen mehr Freunde, geben weniger Geld aus, schaffen uns Ruhezeiten.... Und schwupps- bleibt es doch genauso wir im letzten Jahr... Vielleicht finden wir zusammen Möglichkeiten, was wir an kleinen Dingen dazuholen können oder auch lassen - was tut uns gut und wie bleiben wir bei uns? Ich freue mich auf den Austausch mit euch! Mit Selbsthilfegruppen schaffen wir einen geschützten Raum für emotionale Entlastung und gegenseitige Unterstützung. Die Teilnehmenden begegnen sich wertschätzend und geben sich gegenseitig lebensnahe Hilfe. Durch den regelmäßigen Austausch werden Selbstbewusstsein und Selbstwertgefühl gestärkt und das soziale Netzwerk erweitert. Die Teilnahme an den Gruppen unterstützt dabei, ein individuelles Krisennetzwerk sowie einen persönlichen Krisenplan aufzubauen. Ergänzende Übungen helfen, bestehende Bewältigungsstrategien zu erweitern und den Umgang mit herausfordernden Situationen nachhaltig zu verbessern.

This group is for everyone who is interested in drawing portraits! For me, drawing has been a wonderful way to gain a new perspective on the world and the people within it. Whether you are just starting out or have been drawing for ages — all levels are welcome :) How it works: 1\. We meet at The Castle pub in Mitte and do short sittings of 15 minutes for each other\. The first sitting is divided into 3 warm\-up sketches\, 5 minutes each\. 2\. Before we start\, everybody writes their name on a blank card \(provided by the organizer\); these cards are then used to randomly pick the model every 15 minutes\. 3\. Usually we do 8 sittings\, with a 15\-minute break in the middle \(so after 4 sittings\, or 1 hour\)\. -> The participation is free, but it is expected that everybody orders something from the bar to support the lovely location. Get out your pencils and let's start! Please bring your own art supplies!

I’m organising a co-working + socialising session for all of us who like to work on something (e.g. our own project, freelance or remote work) but don't feel like sitting alone at home. 🙂 To ensure that we have both **socialising** AND **working**, we will be using the so called “Pomodoro” technique: **50min of deep work** (silent), followed by **10min of break** to socialise. Anyone from any background is welcome, whatever project you are working on or whatever is your personal background.
