Elles s'appuieront principalement sur le cycle d'ateliers de réduction du stress basé sur la pleine conscience, appelé "MBSR". L'investissement à fournir pour ce cycle y sera cependant beaucoup plus léger de part sa durée plus courte en termes d'heures et de jours ainsi que la nécessité moins importante de participer aux 3 séances, bien que nous vous le conseillons. Every drink or shareable is only $6.00! **Happy Hour** is inherently social. It’s a time when people come together to unwind and enjoy each other’s company. For many, it’s a way to catch up with friends, network with colleagues, or simply meet new people in a relaxed setting. The casual atmosphere of happy hour encourages conversation, making it easier to bond over shared interests and experiences.

COLUMBUS RECREATION CENTERS require membership fee to play. Register & Pay at the desk when you arrive. $5 day pass is available. I have some extra pickle ball paddles and balls if you don’t have one. Definitely bring your own paddle if you have one and bring some balls if you have them.
