Awaken your body and mind as breath meets movement in a flowing, dynamic practice. Each session combines sequences of postures (asanas) with mindful breathing, building strength, flexibility, and balance. Whether you’re a beginner or have experience, this class will help you: improve mobility and posture, increase core strength and stamina, release tension and stress and connect breath with movement for mindfulness. Expect a thoughtful warm-up, flowing sequences, and a calming cooldown to restore energy. Sound bowls deepen relaxation in Shavasana with calming, healing vibrations. Communicative, collaborative and creative drawing sessions. Participants draw a central still-life that the group can create themselves until the music track finishes and then pass it to the person on their left. The drawings change hands 3 to 5 times and the end results are always inspiring.
