This is not a typical ceramics class. This is a small, intimate space designed to help you slow down, disconnect from daily noise and reconnect with yourself through a simple, hands-on experience. In a city that moves fast, this group offers a different kind of plan: creating with your hands, sharing a glass of wine, and enjoying a calm, screen-free moment. All workshops are held in very small groups (max. 4 people) to keep the atmosphere personal and relaxed. No previous experience is needed. What to expect: • A guided ceramics experience focused on the process, not perfection • A cozy and calm environment • Wine or non-alcoholic drinks • Time to disconnect, without pressure or distractions You will also be able to keep your piece after it’s fired, as a reminder of the experience. Beginners will be guided through the process of making things using techniques such as slab building, coiling, pinching, texturing, under-glazing and glazing. The more advanced will be free to create and those with experience throwing would be welcome to use my wheel (to be reserved in advance). Those of you who would like to learn about glazing would need to book 2 workshops. The workshops are run in English but I do speak Catalan and Spanish. They also provide a great opportunity for non-native speakers to chat and learn. They last 2.5 hours and basic materials are provided. Beginners will be guided through the process using techniques such as slab building, coiling, pinching, texturing and surface decoration. The more advanced will be free to create and those with experience throwing would be welcomed to use the wheel which would need to be reserved in advance. Printmaking is a distinct visual language in which the image is constructed **indirectly** — through **incision, pressure,** and **repetition**. Tetrapak offers an unexpectedly precise and accessible entry point into this tradition. As a material, it is immediate, responsive, and capable of producing refined graphic results, making it particularly suitable for a first encounter with printmaking. In this workshop, led by guest artist **Paul Guenot** we will be introduced the fundamentals of the technique, guided through the different stages of printmaking alongside references to artists who have worked extensively with printmaking as a medium, including **Käthe Kollwitz, William Kentridge, Stanley William Hayter, and Hokusai.** Book your spot with a prepayment.
