đž Neurodivergent Spring Cleaning Swapđž
**Out with the old, in with the "new-you"âthrough reuse instead of consumption.** As the seasons change, so do our interests and needs. Join us for an assembly in the form of a community swap meet, organized by and for neurodivergent folks to promote sustainability and community care.
**The idea is simple:** maybe you want to clear out your closets, or maybe you just want to meet us at the park to see if anything interests you. Both are perfectly okay! Whether you come with a bag full of treasures or arrive empty-handed just to hang out and browse, you are welcome here.
**Info & Accessibility:**
* **Date/Time:** Saturday, 25th of April, 14:00 - 17:00 (**IF IT RAINS; WE WILL RESCHEDULE**)
* **LOCATION:** The meetup map is not acurate, go to this google map link and find th neurodivergent sign: [https://maps.app.goo.gl/u9rygDgU8ADDR6Ec6](https://maps.app.goo.gl/u9rygDgU8ADDR6Ec6)
* **Access:** accessible for people with reduced mobility.
**Bring items you no longer need (If You Want To), such as:**
* đ Books, comics, and zines
* 𧩠Puzzles, board games, and fidget toy
* đ Clean clothing, hats, and accessories
* đïž Art supplies and stationary
* đ Housewares or decor
* 𧊠Cozy items (blankets, soft socks)
**How It Works (It's Simple):**
* **Bring a Blanket or small towel:** lay out your items in front of you.
* **Food & drinks to share** (optional)
* **Open Trust System:** Once your items are on your blanket, they are considered "up for grabs."
* **Browse Freely:** Get up, walk around, and explore what others have brought. If you see something you like on someone else's blanket, feel free to take itâeven if they aren't there.
* **Enjoy:** Find your next favorite thing, or simply enjoy the sunshine and the company.
* **What's left?** Anything unclaimed at the end must be taken back home.
**The Vibe:**
This is a low-pressure event for neurodivergent people. There's no need to hover over your items or worry about making conversation. You are welcome to wander, stim, sit quietly with a book you just found, or take a break on your blanket whenever you need.
**Community Disclaimer**
This event is a community-led initiative organized by neurodivergent volunteers who dedicate their time, energy, and resources to create a welcoming space. We strive to make our events as accessible as possibleâboth financially and in terms of neurodivergent needsâbut we also have our own limitations. We kindly ask for your understanding and empathy, as we rely on the support and cooperation of all participants to foster a healthy, inclusive environment.

Chitta Walks - Awareness in Motion
Chitta Walks is for people whose days move fast, while the mind never fully lands. Thoughts keep looping even when nothing is urgent. The body moves, but attention is elsewhere. Over time, this disconnect drains clarity and ease.
This walk is a simple reset.
We meet in Berlinâs Tiergarten and walk at a gentle pace. Parts of the walk are in silence, with light guidance and a few short prompts. The walk itself is the practice, bringing body and mind back into the same moment.
No apps. No performance. Just a clear space to slow down and notice what is happening.
If you want to slow down without withdrawing from life, join a Chitta Walk.
âš **What to expect (approx. 90 minutes):**
* A short arrival and orientation
* A guided silent walk (phones off, no conversation)
* One concise science-based impulse on attention or stress
* Optional reflection in pairs or small groups
* A simple takeaway or experiment for daily life
đ¶**Who this is for:**
* Professionals, creatives, and people in transition.
* People who feel mentally busy and want more clarity and balance.
* Those curious about mindfulness, but grounded and practical.
* Anyone comfortable with silence and gentle self observation.
đ **Practical notes:**
* Duration: 60-90 minutes
* Wear comfortable shoes and weather-appropriate clothing
* No prior experience needed
* Group size is limited to keep the space quiet and focused
đ§ **Facilitator:**
My name is Partha Sarathi, you can call me PS. I have lived in Berlin for over 12 years. With a background in physics and materials science, my interest in mindfulness grew through personal experience with stress and health challenges. I facilitate the space and structure of the walk, inviting shared exploration rather than instruction.
đ€ **Why Chitta Walks?**
Chitta is a Sanskrit word referring to the mind or field of awareness, used here in a practical, non-religious sense.
Chitta Walks is about noticing how the mind works by slowing down and walking together. Mindful walking makes thought patterns visible in real time, while moving and sensing in the world.
The name points to a simple capacity: noticing what is happening in the mind without immediately trying to fix, judge, or optimize it.
đż **Possible effects:**
A calmer nervous system.
Clearer attention.
A felt sense of being more present in your body.
Subtle insights into how your mind reacts under everyday conditions.
A quieter, more grounded way of moving through the city.
**Come as you are. Walk. Notice. Leave with a little more space inside.**

Blood on the Clocktower at Manifesto! (beginner/intermediate)
Hi folks, this is the meetup group for the weekly Sunday Blood on the Clocktower games in the Soot bar in Manifesto at Potsdamer Platz. We run beginner-friendly and intermediate-level games throughout the afternoon and evening. **Friendly newcomers of all skill levels are welcome, no experience required!**
Our group aims to provide a fun and welcoming space to experience this thrilling game of social deception. **We focus on promoting a positive and fun group atmosphere, where players donât take themselves or the game too seriously, whether theyâre heroically winning or spectacularly losing.** Our players follow the code of conduct for the Berlin Board Gamers group and are expected to treat each other with respect and consideration â âkilling with grace, and dying with dignityâ.
We are usually able to offer two simultaneous games on Sundays. If you are marked as "attending" in Meetup and are in your seat at 15:00, your place is guaranteed for as long as you want to stay. All other seats are first come, first served. We always run at least one beginner-friendly game of the basic version of Clocktower ("Trouble Brewing") throughout the afternoon and evening. We also usually have enough players for a second intermediate-level game. If you are already very familiar with Clocktower, consider also joining our Tuesday meetup for advanced players, when we play with complex custom scripts and characters.
Blood on the Clocktower is a deep, mechanical game of murder and mystery, lies and logic, deduction and deception⊠think Werewolf on steroids. Each player receives a unique secret role and plays either for the good team â the uninformed majority, gathering info and working with others to solve the puzzle â or the evil team, the informed minority, scheming to eliminate good players and protect their demon from execution. In our beginner games no prior experience is expected and we will gladly explain the game rules to any newcomers.
We play in English so players should be able to understand and express themselves in English: an exception is possible for one pair of players willing to play together (as a âRevolutionaryâ pair) where one player can interpret into and out of English. Please let us know in advance if this is the case.
We are very grateful to the wonderful folks at Manifesto for hosting our meetup! **Please support the venue during your visit by buying drinks and/or food.**

**Learning about boundaries and communication**.
If you have not yet attended a workshop on Consent in the Village, now is the time! This workshop is highly recommended for anyone wishing to visit our project on a regular basis, or to attend one of our workshops. This experience will not only help you navigate within the we.are.village community, but it will also equip you to carry these values into your life.
Being aware of your boundaries and expressing your consent or non-consent are essential skills in life, but we donât often get a chance to actually practice consent skills in the same way we practice other skills, like singing, playing sports or learning a language.
Consent is about much more than a simple yes or no. When we deconstruct consent, we discover how to communicate our true desires and stop choosing the things we actually donât want. Through discussion, movement and partner games, we will build tools to express and negotiate physical desires and set boundaries through the use of practical exercises. This workshop is inclusive and welcoming to individuals of all body sizes, genders, and background.
This is a non-sexual workshop, and great, low pressure situation in which to practice communication and touching. Itâs as much about how to truly say yes and mean it as it is about saying no!
If you have not yet attended a workshop on Consent in the Village, now is the time! This experience will not only help you navigate within the we are village community, but it will also equip you to carry these values into your life. Together, we aim to nurture a consent-centered community with shared values, emphasizing individual responsibility in upholding these principles. Our ultimate goal is to foster healthy relationships and create an inclusive community for a better, more connected future.

* **Attendance here doesnât show all sign-ups from other platforms. We usually have about 50 to 100 people at each event.**
***FAQ: Why does it cost money if I bring my own project?***
Because we rent a beautiful, central space for every event. Ever thought your monthly apartment rent was too high? Well, multiply that â thatâs what commercial spaces in big cities like Berlin cost *per hour*.
Of course, if all you want is just some quiet time, your home or a library is perfect. But if youâd like to focus & connect with others in an inspiring space â with drinks, snacks included â thatâs what your ticket helps to cover.
