"Lila" bedeutet auf Sanskrit "Spiel" und lehrt uns, das Leben spielerisch zu betrachten und jeden Moment anzunehmen. Dieses Konzept, das 1975 durch Harish Johari im Westen bekannt wurde, basiert auf vedischer Philosophie und analysiert die 72 grundlegenden Zustände des Bewusstseins, die den 72 Lila-Spielplätzen entsprechen. Das Lila-Spiel ist ein Werkzeug zur Selbsterkenntnis, das den Spielern hilft, ihren Lebensweg zu reflektieren und gegebenenfalls anzupassen. Durch Würfeln und die Interaktion mit karmischen Kräften bewegen sich die Spieler durch verschiedene Bewusstseinsebenen, bis sie das kosmische Bewusstsein erreichen, um unsere eigenen Muster und Verhaltensweisen zu erkennen und zu verändern. Die Herausforderungen im Spiel spiegeln die Prüfungen des realen Lebens wider und ermöglichen es, Erkenntnisse schneller zu gewinnen. Die Teilnehmer werden von spirituellen Führern begleitet, die beim Würfeln und beim Erreichen der relevanten Felder unterstützen. Erfahrene Lila-Leiter leiten das Spiel, stellen präzisierende Fragen und helfen den Spielern bei ihrer inneren Transformation. Das Spiel bietet die Möglichkeit, verschiedene Lebenswege zu erkunden und neue Lösungsansätze zu finden, ohne die Risiken des realen Lebens einzugehen. Während einige Spieler schnell durch das Spiel gehen, hängt der Fortschritt nicht von Wahrscheinlichkeit ab, sondern von der Klarheit der eigenen Absichten. Häufig warten wir in intimen Situationen darauf, dass ein Raum „sicher genug“ ist, um uns zu öffnen. In diesem Workshop drehen wir die Perspektive um: Sicherheit ist kein passiver Zustand, sondern eine aktive, somatische Handlung. Wir laden dich ein, die Loyalität zu deinem eigenen Körper über das Ziel einer „perfekten“ Begegnung zu stellen.
**Die Schwerpunkte von Modul 1:**
Somatic Consent: Lerne, die Stimme deines Körpers als Navigationskompass zu nutzen. Wo sagst du „Ja“, um zu gefallen, obwohl dein System Schutz braucht?
Containment & Intensität: Wie viel Lust, Scham oder Discomfort kannst du halten, ohne zu dissoziieren?
Die 5%-Bedürfnis-Regel: Wir üben, Impulse in winzigen Dosen zu erfahren, damit dein Nervensystem „mitkommen“ kann, ohne geflutet zu werden.

This practice is an invitation to reconnect with your vital life force, explore expanded states of awareness, and integrate new tools for daily life — guided by outstanding local and international facilitators.
The journey is held by the heart-opening medicine of **ceremonial cacao**, enriched by **live music**, and supported by a safe, intentional space that allows you to go deep while feeling fully held.

Der Circle kann bei Bedarf sanft unterbrochen werden.
Fokusrunde
Der Raumhalter kann intuitiv eine kurze Fokusrunde initiieren, wenn es unterstützend wirkt.

Bitte schalte dein Handy auf lautlos und nutze es nur für Notizen, falls nötig.
Zeit
Dauer: ca. 3 Stunden.
Du kannst jederzeit gehen, idealerweise während der Pausen (etwa alle 45 Minuten).
Nach dem Circle gibt es Raum, um zu bleiben, sich zu verbinden oder weiter zu teilen, wenn du magst.

Unhappy Hour Breathwork :Release Emotional Wounds, Heart Break and Grief
### **What’s Unhappy Hour Breathwork, you ask? It’s our conscious breathing session to embrace our discomfort, sip some soothing tea, and dive deep into the beautiful chaos that is our childhood trauma, daddy issues, mommy issues, work stress, and those oh-so-fun failed relationships. Think of it as a cozy gathering where we can unpack our baggage together, all while sharing a laugh or two (or maybe a few tears).** Let’s be real life isn’t always sunshine and rainbows, and that’s perfectly okay.**We will give ourselves permission to be gloriously miserable for a full 90 minutes to** release the weight of our struggles. By using our own conscious breathing we’ll transform our experiences into something powerful and healing. Session will end with a soothing sound bath. Tea will be provided! Mark your calendars for this weekly dose of camaraderie and self-discovery.
**What is Breathwork?** Breathwork falls under an umbrella term with many different marketing names and techniques. For this session we will be focusing in one technique while laying down on our back. This is NOT your typical relaxing breathing and it DOES NOT INVOLVE ANY YOGA movement. Breathwork takes us deep into the subconscious mind to make necessary changes and improve our lives by releasing emotional baggage and healing emotional wounds. When we tap into deep states of consciousness emotional release may take the shape of crying, laughing, even screaming. Many people like to call it years of therapy in one single session. It is very common to experience moments of clarity, bliss and many Aha moments during this session. Each person will experience something different with every session. All you need is an open mind and your own breathing to achieve results with no prior experience. Please note breathwork cautions before booking.
