Nous nous retrouvons en petit comité (6 participants) pour **2 heures d’expérience transformative** autour du *Rebirthing Breathwork*. Nous commençons par une **introduction à la pratique** et une **ouverture d’espace**, suivies de **mouvements doux** et d’une **méditation pour 'atterrir' dans le corps**. Puis vient le **voyage principal de respiration consciente et connectée**, une technique puissante qui aide à **libérer les émotions, calmer le mental et se reconnecter à soi**. La séance se termine par un moment d’**ancrage et de partage** ensemble autour d’un thé et d’un encas léger. Le **Rebirthing Breathwork** est une pratique de respiration consciente et connectée , une technique simple mais profondément transformatrice. Elle consiste à respirer de manière **continue, sans pause entre l’inspiration et l’expiration**, pour permettre à l’énergie vitale de circuler librement dans tout le corps. Au fil de la séance, cette respiration ouvre un espace intérieur où les **émotions refoulées, les mémoires et les tensions**peuvent remonter à la surface pour être **accueillies, libérées et intégrées**.
