🧘 Yoga & Sound Healing🎐 Mercoledì e Venerdì ore 9.00 Cominciamo la giornata con una pratica dolce e intensa: una sessione di Hatha Yoga accompagnata da un rilassamento finale con campane di cristallo di quarzo. La pratica è semplice, accessibile e profondamente introspettiva. Il lavoro sul respiro guida il movimento, mentre il suono sostiene il sistema nervoso e favorisce uno stato di presenza stabile e rigenerante. Le posizioni vengono mantenute con ascolto, senza forzature, per creare spazio, sciogliere le tensioni e risvegliare l’energia in modo naturale. Le vibrazioni delle campane accompagnano la fase finale di rilassamento, permettendo al corpo di integrare il lavoro e alla mente di quietarsi.
