Este encuentro propone mirar de frente esas dinámicas que solemos justificar: lo que se normaliza, lo que se repite y lo que cuesta **reconocer como tóxico cuando hay afecto de por medio.** Un espacio íntimo para cuestionar creencias sobre el amor y descubrir qué hay detrás de aquello que te atrapa.
Quizá no salgas viendo el amor igual… y tal vez esa sea la clave.

Taller de Constelaciones Failiares
### ¿Qué son las constelaciones familiares?
Una constelación familiar es un método que nos permite dilucidar esos eventos que han podido causar un impacto profundo, a partir del cual, la armonía familiar se ha visto perturbada, estas dificultades pueden ser tanto de convivencia, de salud, de profesión, de pareja, etc. y sobre las cuales no se tiene control.
A través de la puesta en escena que nos permite la constelación podemos tomar conciencia del origen del conflicto.
Recreando la organización de la familia, o de cualquier otro sistema, las relaciones dentro del mismo se hacen visibles y con ellas las causas que han generado el conflicto pueden aclararse.
Los participantes observaron como las dinámicas no resultaron les han estado aparecido, a veces, desde la infancia.
Esa visualización y las propuestas de reparación por el terapeuta, rescatan al “paciente” de la culpa y le permiten recrear una nueva y liberadora imagen de solución.

La identificación con alguien, con unas características, con una situación, con unas circunstancias, con una edad..., hace sufrir y nos cierra.
No podemos decir que soy mi profesión, o que soy esto o lo otro. No puedes ya que cambias y además ¿cual es tu esencia? Tu esencia no tiene forma y es un espacio abierto en que no eres así o asá. Si entras en ti, en tu ser real, no puedes identificarte con nada, solo sentir paz y amor.
Tu ser esencial no es inseguro, o muy sensible, o inteligente, o tonto. Y no puede ser maltratado, ni siquiera es lo que te dices. Ninguna categoría habla de ti. Al decirnos que somos lo que sea, lo alimentamos y aumenta, nos enganchamos a la forma, tenemos que defender ideas, opiniones, y nos esclavizamos a eso. El resultado es que tú disminuyes.
Nuestra esencia es libre, pacífica y feliz. Si al **SOL que** **eres** le despejas las nubes, lo que crees que te define, lo que te condiciona, queda el sol. Pero siempre estamos buscando como si tuviéramos que encontrar o encontrarnos.
Pero ¿y si estuviéramos presentes?...

You’re invited to receive a **gentle, individual Reiki session** held outdoors in a calm, natural setting in Montjuïc.
These sessions are offered as a quiet, supportive space to rest, reset, and reconnect — held slowly, with care, clarity, and consent.

Each session lasts **30 minutes** and includes:
* **10 minutes** of brief conversation and a short grounding meditation
* **20 minutes** of hands-on Reiki (placing my hands on you, always with consent)
* A calm, held space — no pressure to talk or “experience” anything in a certain way
The session takes place **outdoors**, either **sitting or lying down on a mat**, surrounded by nature.
I’ll provide:

Reiki, as offered here, is based on **Usui Reiki Ryōhō**, the traditional Japanese system founded by Mikao Usui.
It is a gentle, hands-on practice that supports relaxation, grounding, and nervous system regulation. Rather than trying to fix or change anything, Reiki offers conditions for the body and mind to rest and rebalance naturally.
Sessions are held as a **contemplative practice**, with emphasis on presence, listening, and consent.
People experience Reiki in different ways. This may include:
* Deep relaxation
* A sense of calm or warmth
* Emotional settling
* Or simply the experience of resting
There’s nothing you need to believe, visualise, or achieve — you can simply rest and receive.

We are recruiting new group leaders for virtual men's groups! Our primary groups are outdoor movement groups, but we are launching virtual groups for the state of Ohio and beyond and the groups will move outside in the spring, creating room for men's groups, women's groups and coed groups all over the country.

Our Outdoor Movement & Community Empowerment Groups are simple, guided experiences designed to help people reconnect with nature, themselves, and others. We combine some form of movement (hike, walk, run, bike, yoga, workout) and meaningful conversation within a simple community circle to create a space where individuals can support each other while prioritizing mental and physical well-being.
Whether you’re seeking stress relief, personal growth, or community, our groups offer everyone a unique and welcoming environment.

* An ability to manage groups with high emotional intelligence and desire for human connection.
* An ability to self-motivate and market/promote their group on Facebook and other social platforms.
* Nature informed therapy or clinical therapists/psychologists a plus.
