This event is part of our weekly event series \-\-\- Hey Badminton Enthusiasts! This meet-up is for all levels: beginners, intermediates and experts. Everyone is welcome to join, test their skills and have some fun together! The host will reserve courts in advance, that means please only register if you really plan to come (or cancel at least 24 hours before the event starts). The fee for this event is 12€ (for the 2 hours). If you plan on paying in cash, please bring the exact amount as the host might not have any change available. We are meeting at about 10.55 near the reception by the lounge area (next to the courts). Come a bit earlier so you have time to change into workout/sports clothes. The locker rooms are free to use, but you need to bring your own padlock - or you can also take your bag of clothes upstairs to the courts if you do not have a padlock. Also, bring clean indoor sports shoes, your racket and a water bottle with you. If you do not have a racket, it is possible to rent rackets from the club, if necessary (3€). Sometimes the host or other members have spare rackets - please ask in the comment section below! If you are joining our events for the first time, WELCOME! We will meet in a calm and friendly place ( Parc, Café, Restaurant) to explore together some of Jiddu Krishnamurti’s key questions about awareness, relationship, and freedom. There will be no teaching, no authority — only open dialogue and attentive listening. Everyone is welcome, whether you are familiar with Jiddu Krishnamurti or simply curious about life and self-understanding. We’ll start with an open conversation around a theme such as “Listening without judgment” or “Can thought bring clarity?” Please bring openness, curiosity, and a readiness to listen — no books or notes needed. The spirit is not to discuss “what should be,” but to observe together “what is.”

(This talk will be held in German) Was haben Holotropes Atmen, Zen-Meditation, Isolationstanks und Meisterpflanzen gemeinsam? Die Kognitionswissenschaft hat heute eine präzise Antwort. In diesen Zuständen lockert das Gehirn vorübergehend seine stärksten inneren Filter. Tief verwurzelte Überzeugungen – über uns selbst, über andere, über die Welt – werden verhandelbar. Echte Transformation wird möglich. Aber genau das macht diese Zustände auch heikel. Dieser Vortrag erkundet dasselbe Terrain anhand zweier sehr unterschiedlicher Landkarten: den klassischen „Zehn-Ochsen-Bildern" aus der Zen-Tradition und dem REBUS-Modell aus der modernen Bewusstseinsforschung (Friston & Carhart-Harris). Die eine Karte zeigt, welche Stationen auf dem Weg erkennbar sind und was sie bedeuten – die andere, was im Nervensystem dabei geschieht. In this workshop, we move from the inner experience of anger to the relational field, exploring how empathy, active listening, and mindful communication support conflict transformation and nervous system co-regulation. Drawing from neuroscience, mindfulness, psychology, and non-violent communication (NVC), we learn how conflict can become an opportunity for understanding, connection, and shared humanity. Extensions allow developers to customize the editor with new features, integrations, and workflow improvements tailored to their needs. In this session, we’ll cover what extensions are and the different types available, including full extensions written in TypeScript or JavaScript, along with lighter-weight extensions such as color themes, language packs, language support, code snippets, and keymaps. We’ll also look at practical reasons a developer might create an extension, from automating repetitive tasks to adding custom tooling. The session includes a hands-on walkthrough of creating a new extension, testing it locally, and understanding the basic project structure.
