Realizamos Taichi al aire libre aún asi solicitamos que debido al CoViD cada participante decida libremente y se responsabilice de las medidas que desee tomar respecto a la situación sanitaria actual El Taichi es una arte marcial basado en la filosofía taoísta y en su visión del universo, que además de fomentar habilidades marciales, ayuda a mejorar la salud, la conciencia corporal y puede ser un camino para el desarrollo personal y espiritual de los que lo practican. Este arte marcial es diferente a la mayoría de las que podáis conocer. Mientras otras se basan en la fuerza y la potencia el Taichí es una respuesta a la pregunta: ¿Por qué combatir la fuerza bruta con más fuerza cuando es posible aprovechar la de tu adversario? Si estas pinceladas os llaman la atención podéis venir a conocer el Taichi de forma gratuita, cada domingo de manos del Sifu Albert Sala. Las clases son de 9 a 10:30 de la mañana en el parque situado al final del Carrer Lleida delante del recinto llamado “El mercat de les flors” (cerca de las paradas de metro “Plaça Espanya” y “Poble Sec”). Somos razonables en la práctica del Taichi y os ayudaremos a no realizar prácticas que puedan provocaros un daño pero en última instancia cada participante es responsable de si mismo y os pedimos que nos comuniquéis problemas de salud o lesiones que pudiesen causaros perjuicio alguno. Además os repetimos que debéis velar de forma adulta y consciente de vuestro bienestar y por tanto os hacemos responsables en ultima instancia del mismo. Taichi is a martial art based in the Taoist philosophy and its vision of the universe, in addition to the improvement of the martial skills of its practitioners, helps to enhance their health, their body awareness, and also can be a path for their personal and spiritual growth. This martial art is set apart from the majority of the other ones you may know. Other martial arts are based in strength and muscle power, but Taichi is instead an answer to the question: ¿Why fight strength with strength when you could use their power against them? If these bits have caught your attention you can come to know Taichi for free, all Sundays taught by Sifu Albert Sala. The lessons start at 9:00 am and run throught 10:30 am in the parc that is at Lleida Street (Carrer Lleida) in front of the building called “El mercat de les flors” (It’s near de subway stations of Plaça Espanya and Poble Sec). We encorage a rational training of Taichi and will help you to prevent posible injuries in its practice. Ciao! Esta vez nos vamos de excursión por la costa de la comarca del Garraf! Desde la estación Renfe de **Cubelles** empezaremos nuestro paseo yendo hacia el casco antiguo para tomar un café ☕️ y descubrir sus **lugares emblemáticos 🏰 y curiosos 🤡.** Una vez “calentado los motores” 🥐saldremos del pueblo, rumbo a Vilanova i la Geltru, **atravesando el Espai natural la desembocadura del río Foix** con sus humedales donde se pueden observar aves autóctonas. Nuestra excursión seguirá por el GR92 (Sendero Mediterráneo), un **camino costero bastante** fácil que pasa por **playas y rocas** y que nos llevará a Vilanova. Antes de entrar en Vilanova podremos parar a **almorzar en la playa** Aiguadolç o a la sombra y darnos un **baño en el mar** 🏊 ... para l@s mas atrevid@s ! Después podremos dar un paseo por el precioso **casco antiguo** de Vilanova i la Geltrú y tomar un café ☕️ antes de coger el tren a casa. This heart-opening ritual is held with care and intention, creating a safe container to open the body, quiet the mind, and connect as a community in this unique moment. ​From there, we move into a **balancing breathwork, voice activation, and body awakening**, preparing the nervous system and inviting us to fully let go. This phase supports alignment on a physical, emotional, and energetic level — setting the ground for deep expression. ​The journey then unfolds into an **authentic ecstatic dance experience**, inspired by the ancient roots of dance before DJs existed.
