Join us for a powerful outdoor Wim Hof–inspired experience at Schlachtensee. INSTAGRAM **(@holostar33)**
We combine conscious breathing, cold-water immersion and guided rewarming to help you boost your energy, mental resilience and inner strength.
This session is guided by **Javi de Lacour (@javidelacour)** — the main facilitator of the event, with **over 200 ice baths completed** and **more than 80 guided immersions**.

AI is offering new opportunities to address persistent, high-impact societal challenges. In domains where social and human stakes are high, practical value will depend not only on technical performance, but on how well AI systems are aligned with ethical, institutional, and operational realities. Addressing this need requires sustained, cross-disciplinary collaboration grounded in real-world practice. To this end, **ÆTHOS Berlin** is building an interdisciplinary community of founders, researchers, practitioners, domain experts, and policymakers.
In this workshop, we will discuss real-world care challenges and the constraints that shape responsible AI use. Participants are invited to contribute practical perspectives.
**What we aim to produce:**
The workshop will produce Challenge Briefs: short documents that describe (a) a concrete care problem, (b) its real-world impact, and (c) the key institutional, ethical, and practical constraints involved. Where it emerges naturally, the briefs may also note open directions for work, such as further research or approaches for AI implementation. The briefs will be published publicly after the event and shared as reference material for future research and innovation.
**Workshop format (2 hours):**
* Short, problem‑focused inputs from care‑domain experts, early‑stage startups, and other workshop attendees.
* Small, mixed working groups
* Each group drafts one brief using a simple structure:
Problem · Impact · Constraints · Directions
* Sharing and discussion
**Why your participation matters:**
* Help ensure that actual constraints shape how AI problems are defined
* Bring institutional, ethical, and operational realities into the discussion early
* Contribute to challenge definitions that shape the community’s future focus
* Be acknowledged as a contributing participant in this first workshop

Since 2014, **OLIVER** has been an accredited 5Rhythms teacher, trained in New York City by 5Rhythms founder Gabrielle Roth and her son Jonathan Horan. In addition to the 5Rhythms, his work is infused with a deep, decades-long practice in Gurdjieff’s sacred movements, meditation, and yoga (certified teacher with Richard Freeman). Oliver is also a musician. \#\#\# Was ist Breathwork?
Conscious Breathwork bedeutet bewusstes atmen. Und das ist es letztendlich auch, was wir etwa 70 Minuten lang machen werden. In einer Breathwork Session geht es vor allem darum, dass Du loslassen, Dich entspannen und mit Dir selbst und Deinem Unterbewusstsein verbinden kannst. Das geht am besten, in dem Du gar nichts erwartest und nicht so viel dadrüber nachdenkst. ✨

Nach einem kurzen Check-In beginnen wir mit der Session. Die Atmung kann im Liegen oder Sitzen statt finden, ganz nach Deiner Wahl. Du wirst durch ein bewegendes Musikset geführt, wodurch Du in eine Trance-Atemmeditation gelangst. Hier kannst Du unter anderem diese Erfahrungen machen:
Stress abbauen, herausfinden, was da noch in Dir steckt, Dein Potential entfalten, innere Anspannungen lösen oder unterdrückte Emotionen freilassen, in Dich hinein horchen und Lösungen finden, Kreative Ideen und Visionen erhalten oder einfach eine berührende Zeit haben.

Seit 2015 bin ich [Anusara® Elements™](https://www.anusarayoga.com/) Yogalehrerin. Es folgten viele Weiterbildungen in den Bereichen Chakren, Meditation, Yoga und Trauma. 2018 habe ich mich zudem auf die Heldenreise begeben. Seit 2023 bin ich Atemtherapeutin Conscious Breathwork nach der [Lichtatmung®](https://naou.de/lichtatmung/) und freue mich sehr, Dich bei Deiner Reise begleiten zu dürfen. Recruiting Virtual Mental Health Group Leaders!
We are recruiting new group leaders for virtual men's groups! Our primary groups are outdoor movement groups, but we are launching virtual groups for the state of Ohio and beyond and the groups will move outside in the spring, creating room for men's groups, women's groups and coed groups all over the country.

### **What is an Outdoor Empowerment Group?**
Our Outdoor Movement & Community Empowerment Groups are simple, guided experiences designed to help people reconnect with nature, themselves, and others. We combine some form of movement (hike, walk, run, bike, yoga, workout) and meaningful conversation within a simple community circle to create a space where individuals can support each other while prioritizing mental and physical well-being.
Whether you’re seeking stress relief, personal growth, or community, our groups offer everyone a unique and welcoming environment.

The ideal group leader
* Has a born-in passion for mental health, movement, connecting with nature and building community.
* Has 5 extra hours per week to dedicate to a meaningful cause for at least one year. Yes, you can leave any organization at any time and we can also ask you to leave, but we are building with legacy in mind and we need people who can commit and be ALL IN on this mission to build with us.
* Is independently financially stable with the ability to volunteer with no expectation of pay. This is a deeply beautiful journey of service that all participants commit to at Speak Your Mind.
* An ability to manage groups with high emotional intelligence and desire for human connection.
* An ability to self-motivate and market/promote their group on Facebook and other social platforms.
* Nature informed therapy or clinical therapists/psychologists a plus.
