## Breath, Sound & Relaxation – A Weekly Wind-Down (Starting September) Event Description: Join us every Thursday evening for a deeply calming and restorative 75-minute session combining breathwork, mindful relaxation, and immersive sound healing. This class is designed to help you unwind, reset your nervous system, and let go of tension through gentle guided breathing, mindful body awareness, and the soothing sounds of instruments like crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gongs. I’ll be taking you through everything from the obelisk to the quarry, and why the story of Daedalus and Icarus has enchanted visitors to the park for years! Whether you are local, new to the area, or wanting to learn and make friends at the same time, this tour is for you. We'll start at the car park in Killiney Hill, which is accessible via Dalkey DART station, car, or the 59 bus. Together we'll visit all the highlights of the park, where I'll explain the local history and leave time for guests to chat and make connections as well. This group is for people who don't feel their German is strong enough for the Deutsch Sprechen Stammtisch. Anyone from complete beginner to native German speaker is welcome. All you need is a willingness to learn and speak German (or as much German as you can) and a willingness to help and be patient with other people who have less German than you have. The aim of this group is to build the confidence as well as ability to speak German in real life situations with others.
