Pass code= 540070 Tai Chi Stick Exercises and Tai Chi Stick Form is open to all students. We’ll use a light stick approximately 36” long that you can easily get at a Home Depot or similar store. The exercises are designed to improve strength, flexibility and coordination. We will also learn a short choreography of movements done slowly and smoothly that anyone can easily follow. Each lesson begins with warm-ups followed by reviewing the choreography taught up to that point, and then continuing to learn an additional movement. This is a fun way to learn more about Tai Chi and improve your health.

Having the goal in mind to learn a new language, new frameworks, and design skills, he eventually crafted a plank workout app called "Planki" that is essentially a game that makes the tough exercise feel way easier.
