Speaker: **Damir Korenčić** Title: **Brief Adventures in Machine Translation Using Python and LLMs** Machine translation (MT) is one of the earliest tasks in natural language processing, and one where modern LLMs excel. The presentation describes a lightweight MT approach based on a small LLM and a self-improvement workflow. We will cover the design of the approach and its implementation in Python, utilizing LangChain and Hugging Face.
