Je te propose une séance de 1h en petit groupe et au soleil, pour découvrir comment travailler ta force, ton gainage, ta coordination et ta stabilité avec pour seul outil : ton propre poids de corps. Accessible à tous les niveaux, sans impact articulaire, chaque exercice s'adapte à toi. En groupe 7 personnes maximum pour un accompagnement vraiment personnalisé et prendre le temps d'avoir les bons gestes. Ceci est une soirée de découverte du jeu d'intrigue Blood on the Clocktower **pour joueur(se)s débutant(e)s**. Idéal si c'est votre première partie, ou si vous ne vous sentez pas encore assez à l'aise pour rejoindre nos autres soirées. Nous y expliquerons les règles du jeu en détails en début de partie. **Soirée enquête, bluff et intrigues aux Caves Alliées.** Venez (re)découvrir cette petite pépite du jeu d'intrigue qu'est Blood on the Clocktower, à mi-chemin entre un loup-garou et une murder mystery: incarnez le temps d'un soir un des habitants du village de Ravenswood Bluff, et enquêtez, bluffez, collaborez avec les autres joueurs pour faire la lumière sur la malédiction qui ronge le village de l'intérieur. Ou jouez pour le camp du mal, et avancez dans l'ombre pour semer le doute et la discorde parmi vos concitoyens. \ ***Soirée ouverte à toutes et à tous**, que vous ayez déjà joué à ce type de jeu ou non.
