This time we read Stanisław Lem's novelette **"The futurological congress"** from 1971. We meet at IKEA Westbahnhof at JOE&JOE'S in the 5th floor. Drinks and food can be bought there.

Welcome to our cozy **The Psychology and Personal Growth Circle** which is part of the Social Book Club! We will meet to discuss the book “**Antifragile**" (426 pages) written by Nassim Nicholas Taleb. The idea is to connect with like minded readers that love to grow and get to know themselves better through reading and especially applying knowledge from books. We meet up once a month and talk about our progress applying knowledge from a certain book and our experience. The event will take place at the volunteer organisation **MUT**. It is an organisation to supports humans, animals and the environment especially in Vienna. MUT or the Social Book Club look forward to some donation to cover the cost of this event. Join the TaiJi-QiGong weekly practise! A few more words about this practise: it consists of bodywork - specific exercises designed to release tension and stress in your body. It also includes joint opening and the actual QiGong practise. This QiGong you could call Yin-Jang QiGong, as it prepares you for TaiJi (Wu style). This means it is designed to create balance in your body and movement, restructuring old unhealthy movement patterns and aligning your body. Also central part of this practise (the most powerful one) is that it leads to inner silence, connecting you with your body and silencing your mind. In this silence many virtues as patience, respect, perseverence, discipline... arise/ are transmitted. It is especially beneficial to strngthen your ability to focus and for stress relief.
