Would you like to learn how to meditate, go beyond your thinking, balance your subtle system and learn simple tools for self-mastery?
Yoga is a great way to underpin Health & Wellbeing.
We are teaching meditation for many years free of charge – and we want to share this experience with everyone who is searching for inner peace. As a charity we do not charge for these courses.
With Sahaja Yoga we generally sit on chairs to meditate, effortlessly & spontaneously. As such no Asanas (exercises) are required, no mat or special clothing.
This community group is running to invite all those who might be interested in learning how to meditate and for those who want to achieve a deep connection with their true self.
Many are curious as to what meditation actually is, its benefits and how to use it for self-help on a daily basis.
The meetings aim to provide that insight and know how.
The charity offers free bespoke classes that are designed to help those attending get into a genuine meditative state, which can be felt tangibly. It is quite effortless and spontaneous.
The free classes feature introductory talks, videos, practical workshops and general question and answer opportunities and are available in person throughout the UK & online.

Join us for a powerful exploration of Dudjom Lingpa's essential teachings, as found in the latter's Song of Realization.
Renowned Tibetan Buddhist teacher Anam Thubten Rinpoche provides instructions on resting in stillness and awareness, presenting a powerful Commentary on Dudjom Lingpa's Dzogchen Meditation, and revealing traditional Tibetan Buddhist methods for recognizing and resting in our natural state of mind.
Anam Thubten grew up in Tibet and at an early age began to practice in the Nyingma tradition of Tibetan Buddhism. Among his many teachers, his most formative guides were Lama Tsurlo, Khenpo Chopel, and Lama Garwang.
He is the founder and spiritual advisor of Dharmata Foundation, teaching widely in the U.S. and abroad. He is also the author of various articles and books in both the Tibetan and English language. His books in English include The Magic of Awareness and No Self, No Problem. Through the essential wisdom of Buddhism and his personal experience on the spiritual path, Anam Thubten brings alive the timeless teachings and invites everyone to participate.

**Workshop overview:**
This session is a free taster for our full Public Speaking Course. You’ll get to experience the style, exercises and atmosphere firsthand before deciding whether deeper training is right for you.
The workshop stands alone - you’ll still leave with practical tools, insights and the option to practice doing some speaking (if you wish) - and if you feel drawn to continue, attendees receive an exclusive discount towards the full programme (normally £498).
We always with fun, ice breaker warm-up games to ease you into the session, followed by learning some simple public speaking technique exercises and finishing with some (optional) opportunities to practice doing some impromptu speaking in front of the group.
The class will also include some group discussions to learn more about why we struggle with public speaking, and what solutions we can use to help us.
Our principles are grounded in authenticity. Our approach to helping people overcome their fears is done through encouraging participants to drop the personas they wear in their day-to-day lives in order to express themselves with honesty, and discover their natural speaking style.
We’re big fans of embracing vulnerability and strongly believe it’s a strength, not a weakness. Only through vulnerability do we drop our guard and communicate in a way that truly connects to others.
