Kuestiona Experience es el evento anual de la comunidad educativa *Kuestiona*, fundada por Borja Vilaseca. El evento nace de una necesidad profunda: Crear un espacio donde las personas puedan mirarse de verdad, **reconocerse**, **conectar** con otros desde la autenticidad y recordar que el crecimiento interior no tiene por qué ser un camino en soledad. Kuestiona Experience se sostiene sobre los mismos principios que inspiran el trabajo de Kuestiona como comunidad de aprendizaje consciente: 1. Cuestionar y transformar las estructuras que limitan la libertad interior y colectiva. 2. Empoderar a las personas para que lideren su vida desde la consciencia y la responsabilidad. 3. Acompañar el descubrimiento del propósito esencial que da sentido a cada existencia. 4. Democratizar el acceso al autoconocimiento y a la sabiduría práctica. 5. Fomentar el despertar de la consciencia desde una espiritualidad laica. 6. Ser un puente hacia un nuevo paradigma humano basado en la libertad, la responsabilidad y el ser. Una constelación familiar es un método que nos permite dilucidar esos eventos que han podido causar un impacto profundo, a partir del cual, la armonía familiar se ha visto perturbada, estas dificultades pueden ser tanto de convivencia, de salud, de profesión, de pareja, etc. y sobre las cuales no se tiene control. A través de la puesta en escena que nos permite la constelación podemos tomar conciencia del origen del conflicto. Recreando la organización de la familia, o de cualquier otro sistema, las relaciones dentro del mismo se hacen visibles y con ellas las causas que han generado el conflicto pueden aclararse. Los participantes observaron como las dinámicas no resultaron les han estado apareciendo, a veces, desde la infancia. Esa visualización y las propuestas de reparación por el terapeuta, rescatan al “paciente” de la culpa y le permiten recrear una nueva y liberada imagen de solución. \#\#\# ¿Cómo puedo hacer mi constelación familiar? Community Backyards Workshop Join us at the Ohio Herb Center in Gahanna to learn about sustainable home gardening. We can make small changes in our yards to make a BIG impact for a better environment and healthier waterways while saving money.
