This was the best deal we’ve seen in Toronto in 20 years. We’re not exaggerating. **\~6% cap.** **\~$11,000/month in rent.** **\~$2,500/month cashflow.** These are the kind of numbers you expect in Hamilton or Kitchener… not in Toronto. But that’s not even the interesting part.
