Raw emotions (even the heavy ones like fear, anger, or sorrow) aren’t mistakes to delete—they’re the base states. With mindful awareness—watching what you feel without judging or shoving it down—you start to see what they’re made of, where they come from, and how they can be refined into clearer qualities like compassion, understanding, and love.
