As requested by many, we will now open our space for meditators every Monday from 8 to 9PM to just sit quietly and practice their own meditation. The support of our powerful temple, including the traditional Buddhist shrine, has been widely appreciated. Countless enlightened teachers have visited this space and taught there, retreats and group practices have happened here for more than 20 years. We meet and begin by checking in with each other, followed by a guided exploration moving from somatic practice to contact dance improvisation. This all culminates in opening the space for the free flow of dancing and explorations in duos, trios and as a group. Bodywork will help us to warm down at the end and integrate what we experienced. Dance is our way to create a space for exploration: what happens when queer men’s bodies meet and get in touch without any expectations and intentions? In Contact Improvisation, touch is the source of finding dance movements. It helps you to be open to the here and now, to surprises, to letting go of performing roles, meeting expectations, and following scripts. Any movement can be part of this dance, no matter how simple – we literally move any way we feel. This creates a conversation without words, simply through our moving bodies. Feeling ourselves by sensing others can create nourishing bonds of community as much as it liberates us. **Melodic Masterpieces** *an open Music Creation Session for Producers, Singers & Songwriters* This program is structured into a repeating 4-week cycle, with each week focusing on a key stage of the music creation process—from initial inspiration to a fully mixed production. At the end of each month, the cycle resets back to Module 1. This allows for continuous repetition, progressive skill-building, and flexible entry at any stage of the cycle. The workshop is led by **experienced producers who have worked with major artists, record labels, management teams, and global brands**, bringing real-world industry insight into the creative process. This is an in-person meeting. At this meeting you will get answers to depression and anxiety. Find out the source of them and how to get rid of them. Did you know that unwanted emotions like anxiety, depression, unhappiness, loneliness, hopelessness, anger, fear, or feelings of irritation don’t just fall on you for no reason. They are not random occurrences that simply happen to people's minds. They are definitely not due to a chemical imbalance in your brain from some nebulous chemical reaction "by chance". Your negative emotions are the symptoms of the painful experiences that you have which are not healed, and which are still affecting you. The effects of these painful experiences are exacerbated by the pressures or difficulties of the other problems in your life. Come to our Meetup, where we can introduce you to some of the knowledge, tools and techniques of the breakthroughs in the field of the mind that we can apply to this ever important area of life.
