***PLEASE*** be sure to RSVP if you plan to come so I can give the restaurant advance notice! Come on out and join us for a fun evening of conversation, laughs, friends (new and old), and delicious food. If you're looking for a chill, no-pressure event geared entirely toward meeting new furs in a low-key setting, look no further! Fursuiting is NOT allowed at this event, but tails and accessories are perfectly fine. These meets will be recurring every month at the IHOP in Fairfax. We might switch up locations in the future, but for now, this one seems to work great for us. We will begin to congregate at the benches out front around 6:30 PM, and heading inside at 7 PM. At our 88th official meeting we’ve planned to watch anime (ΦωΦ) It’s Max’s birthday 06/04, and he’s hosting the meeting today. We’ll be watching his choices of Twin Star Exorcist & A Certain Magical Index. Make sure you RSVP as soon as you can cos seats are filling up fast! Yay! We have room for 15 (counting me). Join us for a VSDC volunteer day at Poplar Spring Animal Sanctuary! It is a great way to lend a hand while enjoying up-close time with the more than 200 animals that call Poplar home. Volunteer tasks will range from those requiring mobility and strength to less demanding activities, including raking, cleaning barns and pastures, and washing and refilling water buckets. Wear clothing and shoes that you don't mind getting dirty. No food or drink is available on-site, so bring water. Please leave snacks in the car so the animals don't help themselves. Please arrive by 9:45 am so we can gather and start at 10 am sharp.
