Hi All, I am Lawrence, Certified Budokon teacher, Animal Flow Level III iinstructor and Certified Personal Trainer from A.C.E.
 Budokon Yoga, created by Cameron Shayne, is a unique style that blends traditional yoga with martial arts and animal locomotion. It emphasizes slow, controlled movements, transitions between postures, and a strong focus on core strength and body awareness. The practice aims to improve flexibility, mobility, strength, and cardiovascular fitness, while also fostering mental focus and mindfulness 
During this class I will introduce you to different movements flow, through these movements, we workout, stretch and create our flow together. A good way to enjoy this beautiful weather and understand our body.

Locations we will may be photographing are the p Playground basketball court, New Praya Waterfront, Forbes Street Babyan Wall, and Sai Wan Swimming Shed. Any kind of camera, video, or phone, and any skill level is fine for this event. We may be including each other in our photos, so dress as you would like to be photographed. Members volunteering to model will be especially appreciated! This event is free, and no limit on number participating. We are a real world Martial arts group. \ Called DO JUNG ISHU (the art of fighting) \ Based off of Jeet kune do we just continued where Bruce Lee left off. \ We have been around a while. \ We are donation based.
