**BASKETBALL** Join [Almas Libres](https://almas-libres.org/), Spain’s largest women-led urban sports community, for our weekly basketball sessions. Basketball demands speed, strength, precision, and creativity. Each session focuses on improving ball-handling, shooting, footwork, defense, and overall fitness, giving you the skills and confidence to own the court. We’ll also work on agility, balance, flexibility, and game sense to help you take your play to the next level. ¡Bienvenid@ a la Matinal de pádel de los sábados! Toda la mañana jugando a pádel, partidos nivelados con descansos. A diferencia del formato pozo, nosotros organizamos los partidos según tu nivel. Las parejas irán rotando, pero si quieres puedes venir con un acompañante y jugar todos los partidos con pareja fija. Nivel **iniciación** (0,5 - 1), **medio-bajo** (1,5 - 2), **medio** (2,5 - 3) y **medio-alto** (3,5 - 4). **TODOS LOS PARTIDOS SE JUGARÁN AL MEJOR DE 7 JUEGOS (es decir, el primero que llegue a 4 juegos gana y finaliza el partido).** Al acabar el partido sube al punto de encuentro para recibir instrucciones del organizador. Horario: sábados de 9:30h a 13:30h. Open Mic" is Barcelona's Music, Spoken Word Poetry and Storytelling Open Mic night, hosted in English once a month on select Fridays at 7pm at The Clubhouse in El Born; Via Laietana 6.
