Bring a change of clothes, a towel, a hat, non-marking footwear with heelstrap and sunblock. There is a toilet and drinking water on board. **For ages 13 and above.** Muay Thai is a striking based martial art and sport. Also known as “The Art of Eight Limbs”, it is characterised by the combined use of the fists, elbows, knees and shins. It is an ancient martial art of Thailand known for its tremendous power.
