Systemic & Family Constellations IN-PERSON Full-Day Workshop with Illi Adato
**You are invited to join a deep healing group process that extends beyond us as individuals into the wider 'field' of historical/ancestral influences, where our family's past traumas are seen, acknowledged, and attended to, so that they do not limit our well-being today.**

We shall meet at The Kailash Centre in St. Johns Wood, London NW8 for this month's group session, **open to all**.

**For Issue Holder (Client) Booking £175:**

This workshop provides a perfect opportunity to experience the deep and insightful Systemic Constellations process. A unique and powerful therapeutic method for self-exploration, understanding core behaviors, removing blocks, and reintroducing movement and growth. It is used as a major resource in working through trauma and it can assist in depression treatment.
To read comments from participants in previous workshops click this link [https://bit.ly/33Asprs](https://bit.ly/33Asprs)
**WHAT ARE SYSTEMIC CONSTELLATIONS?**
The Systemic Constellations method is a unique therapeutic process of exploration of the forces that move us in life. Such forces often appear as difficulties or a sense of being 'stuck' in life, affecting our behavior, relationships, career, health/wellbeing, or even financial circumstances. This method provides a three-dimensional ‘map’ of one’s life as it is at present. It is a simple yet powerful way to explore entanglements and blockages in our personal life and in our family history. The method brings awareness and clarity into personal challenges by focusing the client on the root cause of such difficulties. Constellations provide an opening for a positive life shift and present ways for deep healing processes to occur.
**WHAT HAPPENS IN A CONSTELLATION SESSION?**
In Constellations work the ‘client’ is referred to as the ‘Issue Holder’.
The method uses workshop participants as ‘Representatives’ to stand in for key people in the client’s life such as family members, colleagues, partners, ex-partners etc., sometimes ‘abstract’ concepts such as an emotion, country of origin, religion, or destiny are also represented. All participants are invited to take part as Representatives. Workshop participants often report (see reviews: [https://bit.ly/33Asprs](https://bit.ly/33Asprs)) experiencing profound insights into their own lives by simply witnessing the process, regardless of how they choose to take part.
**WHY DOES THIS WORK?**
Scientific research shows that the experiences of your ancestors can determine your behavior today and affect future generations.\*\* Recent scientific research into DNA reveals that a component named epigenetics is embedding the effect of a traumatic experience by altering the genetic structure. It means that some of our behavior patterns can be attributed to traumatic events in your family history. This notion has always been one of the guiding principles of Systemic / Constellations Therapy, a form of work that is dedicated to exposing and dealing with issues emerging from our family system.
Our group provides a **safe space** where deep personal work is done and where maintaining confidentiality and respect for each other's privacy is paramount.

London Authentic Community Networking For Singles
**🎯 Online Dating Rounds Hosted for London Locals Curated Matches**
On the night, you'll rotate through quick private Zoom rounds alongside personality-matched London locals in your age group, while everything stays on track thanks to a live host.
On completing your sign-up, a quick compatibility quiz is part of registration — we use those answers to pair you intelligently with London locals, so your conversations have a better chance of going somewhere.
Once the rounds end, we reveal your mutual connections — but only if the feeling was mutual — and from that point you call the shots.
**Choose your age range below:**
- **Ages 18-32** → [REGISTER HERE](https://tempodating.com/product?productId=501.0&productType=onlineSpeedDating&city=London&groupurlname=genuine-bonds-formed-over-weekend-brunch&ar=18-32&face_v=4.0)

**⚠️ Important:** An rsvp on this page is not a confirmed spot, so tap your age group link above, register fully, and complete the personality matching quiz — numbers are intentionally limited so register early, and that combination is your actual confirmation.
---
**What you can expect**
1. **Complete registration** – through the age-specific link above, then finish the compatibility quiz, as both are needed to secure your spot.
2. **Click into Zoom** – at the event start time via your Zoom link, it runs in your browser so setup takes seconds, and a host is live and will walk you through everything.
3. **Meet your matches** – live one-on-one video rounds with London locals selected for your age group, as the host keeps everything smooth and well-timed, because every conversation has been set up to feel natural.
4. **Find your matches** – once the event closes we share mutual match results, since non-mutual choices are never shared with either party, and you reach out whenever you feel ready.
**Ideal if you are:**
- Daters calling London home who have had enough of swiping left and right with no results and are ready for a genuine first impression.
- Members near London fed up with swiping with nothing to show for it and want to talk to real people tonight.
- Individuals from the London area wanting to escape matches that fade out before meeting and are ready for something that feels natural.
**Event Details**
- **Format:** Online and live through a private Zoom session with host-managed video rounds throughout, paired by age bracket and quiz results throughout.
- **Where:** No travel required — on whatever device you prefer, just a webcam and a good internet connection, and any quiet space where you can focus for 90 minutes works.
- **Host:** A capable host runs the whole show so you do not have to think about format, freeing you up to be fully present in each round — from first round to final result it is all managed for you.
- **Duration:** Total time is around an hour and a half end to end, and it moves quickly.

Sunday Gaming at The Wapping Tavern
**You will find us in the games area in the lower section of the pub.**
Please ensure you read these: [Rules](https://www.londononboard.com/rules-regulations)
We don't allow Chess, Scrabble, Monopoly, Roleplaying games, Magic the Gathering, Mafia, Werewolf etc. at LoB as there are other venues or groups for that and we want to make sure that there is enough space for board games.
We want everyone that comes to our events to have a good time, and we know that some games require more communication than others. Please be mindful that we are in a small space and that other members will need to explain rules and focus.
As a small group of volunteers, we are very dependent on the good will of our venues to host us for free. It is vitally important that everyone attending LoB buys food and drink to ensure that we can build and maintain those relationships with our venues. If you have any feedback about the venue, please report it to us directly rather than speaking to the staff.
You must only attend if you have a place, i.e. that you have made it off the waitlist. If you can no longer attend, please mark your RSVP as ‘Not Going’, ideally more than an hour before the event starts. Please be aware that an organiser may ask to see proof of RSVP.

**NOTICE of RISKS applicable for all walks:**
Please dress appropriately for weather and terrain conditions.
Only wear good sturdy shoes, with ankle support, and carry a bottle of water and necessary medication. You need to be moderately fit for this walk and able to walk for at least 8 miles. This walk is suitable for the average experienced hill walker. Expect some hills. Do not attend this walk if you do not fit that description or if you have a medical condition (especially heart and/or lung conditions) that may impact upon your capability of completing the walk.
These walks are city walks and countryside walks where all the usual risks of injury during such walks apply resulting from interactions with road traffic, joggers, cyclists, e-scooters,other members of the public, animals (farm, domestic and wild), plants (allergic reactions), uneven surfaces, including portruding tree roots and potholes and there may be low overhanging branches.
In these walks we cross busy roads, use towpaths alongside water, bridlepaths, country lanes and sometimes ill defined paths and tracks through woodland, bush and countryside. Some tracks may be muddy and slippery, and conditions may be wet and icy. The walk leader is not and does not purport to be a professional guide, or a medical professional, but is instead a like minded individual who also enjoys hill walking and who is familiar with the intended route.
Do not attend this walk unless you accept and consent to the above risks. If you require insurance for these walks then you must arrange this yourself.

If you love anime & manga then please join us for our weekly meetups, where we basically just sit, chat and read anime & manga!
We usually sit in the back of the pub. If the weather is nice we may sit outside at the back of the pub, or even outside on the downstairs floor.
In this meetup, you can BYOM (bring your own manga) or read one from the selection we will bring. See this as an opportunity to discover, recommend or simply enjoy Japanese comics & anime with like-minded people!
Note: This is not a book club.
Also, the TCR bar is kind enough to allow us to use their space to host this meetup, and has asked if possible for attendees to support the venue by purchasing a drink or food while you're there. Please don't bring your own food or drink to consume at the venue, as the venue does not allow this!
London Society CHILL - Regents Park 🏝️🏝️🏝️🏝️🏝️
Have you ever wanted to get together outdoors and chill out amongst good company whilst being immersed within nature & amazing weather? If so, then this is the right event for you.
Welcome to another one of the CHILL events where you have the opportunity to settle in the parks, form friendships, socialise, have a picnic and so much more whilst being immersed within the luscious greenery, botanicals and the gorgeous weather.
With this particular chill event, we will be settling in the inner circle gardens of Regent’s Park. The inner circle has some beautiful botanicals and some lovely greenery to settle on which is really ideal for relaxing, having a picnic and even being amongst good company.

If all goes well, we may do an aftermath and let democracy decide what to do.
My fellow explorers, if you enjoyed the event, I’m more than happy to accept any donations which of course are optional but will go a long way to help me unlock and deliver even more exciting and engaging events and resources: https://www.paypal.me/calvinjoy

🌱 A note on fit
London has many wonderful ND spaces.
This event focuses on the late‑diagnosed / low support needs, working‑professionals experience. If this isn’t the right fit, that’s totally okay. We celebrate choice and encourage you to find the community that best supports you.
Cost: Free to attend; venue purchases are optional

Marketing Monday Networking
Monthly working lunch for Columbus business owners. One specific topic, one to three actions you can run this week.
You can be the best at what you do and still be invisible. If local buyers cannot find you, the phone does not ring.
Marketing Monday Lunch + Learn is a monthly working lunch for Columbus business owners focused on building relationships, local networking, and local marketing. Every kind of local business welcome. No pitch round, no pressure, no upsell.
**This month**
Most local businesses pick one or two places to be visible and call it good. The result is inconsistent calls and a feeling that marketing is not working. We will walk through the three places every local business needs to show up, plus the fourth place most owners ignore that quietly produces the warmest leads.
**What to expect**
Doors open at noon. Order lunch and drinks at the cafe counter or bring your own. You get real conversation with other local owners and a focused marketing lesson. You leave knowing people and with one to three actions to run that week. The room is reserved through 1:30 PM.
**Who this is for**
Any local business owner who wants clearer marketing direction and real local relationships. Service businesses, retail, home services, professional services, online owners building local presence, anyone serious about being part of the Columbus business community.
**Not the right fit if**
You are here to pitch the room or recruit for an MLM.
**Details**
* Second Monday of every month
* 12:00 to 1:30 PM
