My intention is to create a supportive space where we practice together, learn from each other, and cultivate calm, focus, and presence both on and off the mat. Animal Flow is ground based movement. This system is designed to improve strength, power, flexibility, mobility, and coordination for all levels of fitness enthusiasts.
During this class I will introduce you to different animal flow movements, through these movements, we workout, stretch and create our flow together. A good way to enjoy this beautiful weather and understand our body.

We are a real world Martial arts group. \ Called DO JUNG ISHU (the art of fighting) \ Based off of Jeet kune do we just continued where Bruce Lee left off. \ We have been around a while. \ We are donation based.
