We are launching a new Beach Tennis Group Class every **Friday from 745–915 PM at Pasir Ris Park**. Whether you’re completely new to the game or an experienced player looking to sharpen your skills, this session is designed for **all levels**: * Beginners will learn the fundamentals — strokes, movement, and coordination on sand. * Intermediate and advanced players can work on strategy, consistency, and competitive drills. Boxing is a combat sport that utilises punches, footwork, and head movement. Also known as “The Sweet Science”, it is best known for its efficiency of hitting without getting hit. Students will be taught the proper mechanics behind generating fast and powerful punches, as well as evading punches through evasive movements and footwork.
