Meet experienced sex therapist Anka Grzywacz to talk about the power of the female pleasure and get inspired to enjoy intimacy even more!
**What we'll cover:**

* Psychological barriers to pleasure
* Tips for getting started with sex toys
The workshop is designed for women who need an introduction or update about their sexuality, up to an intermediate level of knowledge and skills. We will remain fully dressed and will not practice any sexual techniques during the workshop (although you will get some tips as homework!)
During the workshop we will practice gentle somatic movement to increase body awareness plus you'll get one exercise to increase your pelvic sensations!

The workshop does not constitute medical advice. Each woman is different and for some of us it is necessary to get specialized help from a doctor, physiotherapist or even psychotherapist. Anka can point you in the right direction.

LEELA / LILA das lebensverändernde spirituelle Spiel
"Lila" bedeutet auf Sanskrit "Spiel" und lehrt uns, das Leben spielerisch zu betrachten und jeden Moment anzunehmen. Dieses Konzept, das 1975 durch Harish Johari im Westen bekannt wurde, basiert auf vedischer Philosophie und analysiert die 72 grundlegenden Zustände des Bewusstseins, die den 72 Lila-Spielplätzen entsprechen. Das Lila-Spiel ist ein Werkzeug zur Selbsterkenntnis, das den Spielern hilft, ihren Lebensweg zu reflektieren und gegebenenfalls anzupassen. Durch Wßrfeln und die Interaktion mit karmischen Kräften bewegen sich die Spieler durch verschiedene Bewusstseinsebenen, bis sie das kosmische Bewusstsein erreichen, um unsere eigenen Muster und Verhaltensweisen zu erkennen und zu verändern. Dieses Werkzeug hilft dir fßr klare Einsicht in die Wahrheit, unseren eigenen Illusionen und einen Weg zur Transformation.
WIE LĂUFT DAS LILA / LEELA SPIEL AB?
Das Leela-Spiel wird auf einem grossen Feld mit 72 Feldern gespielt, das verschiedene Lebensphasen widerspiegelt. Jedes Feld steht fßr einen Energietyp, einen Bewusstseinszustand oder eine Entwicklungsstufe, die wir im physischen Leben erleben. Die Herausforderungen im Spiel spiegeln die Prßfungen des realen Lebens wider und ermÜglichen es, Erkenntnisse schneller zu gewinnen. Die Teilnehmer werden von spirituellen Fßhrern begleitet, die beim Wßrfeln und beim Erreichen der relevanten Felder unterstßtzen. Erfahrene Lila-Leiter leiten das Spiel, stellen präzisierende Fragen und helfen den Spielern bei ihrer inneren Transformation. Das Spiel bietet die MÜglichkeit, verschiedene Lebenswege zu erkunden und neue LÜsungsansätze zu finden, ohne die Risiken des realen Lebens einzugehen. Während einige Spieler schnell durch das Spiel gehen, hängt der Fortschritt nicht von Wahrscheinlichkeit ab, sondern von der Klarheit der eigenen Absichten. Das Spiel kann still oder mit verbaler Absicht gespielt werden, was zusätzliche Bedeutung und Antworten bringt. Indische Yogis betrachten das Lila-Spiel als einen Dialog mit dem eigenen Geist, der zur Transformation der PersÜnlichkeit fßhrt. Dieser Kirtan speziell dazu gedacht, Fotos und Videos zu machen, um unser Marketing-Material wieder ein bisschen up to date zu bringen. Wir freuen uns Ăźber offene Teilnehmende, die sich freuen, uns darin zu unterstĂźtzen, die Kirtans zu erhalten und weiter zu verbreiten.
Aus technischen GrĂźnden wird das Licht etwas heller sein als bei sonstigen Kirtans, ausserdem wird es von der Energie her allgemein etwas dynamischer sein als sonst; z.B. ist auch eine kleine Umbau-Phase mĂśglich mittendrin.

Whether youâre brand new to yoga or a long time practitioner, this class is designed to help you slow down, stretch, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. Expect a relaxed, accessible flow focused on easing tension, moving mindfully, and leaving you feeling a little more grounded.

We gather in a circle. Your friendly walk host gives a speech to set the tone. Everyone shares: your name, what you're grateful for, and your topic. That's it. 60 seconds.
**Step 3: Walk, talk & float**
We walk 5 miles. You naturally drift into conversation with 2-3 people at a time, pulled by topics that spark your curiosity. When you're ready to move on, just say: "I'm going to float!"
**Step 4: Feel more alive**

Columbus Comedy Improv Meetup at Gresso's!
Whether you've never done improv before, or you've done it for so long you were quoted in *Truth in Comedy*, or anywhere in between, come join us! Swing by *Gresso's* for the **Columbus Improv Comedy Meetup**!
The idea behind improvised comedy is to create entire scenes from scratch. A suggestion is taken from the audience and laughter is built on the spot. This can be done in game form, like *Whose Line Is It Anyway, Make Some Noise,* or *Wild 'n Out*; it can also be done in a longer way, to tell a complicated story, like *TJ & Dave*.
Our meetup, which is central Ohio's longest running (and FREE!) weekly comedy event, brings the games for you to play in a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment.
