What to expect: 🌳🦇 This trip is the perfect mix of nature escapes and urban exploration. We will start our Monday by picking up our rental car in Budapest and hitting the road to discover the country's best-kept secrets. Having a car gives us total freedom to explore at our own pace and find the coolest hidden spots! 🌬️
We will hike through the beautiful, dense beech forests of the Bükk National Park 🌲 and explore the stunning volcanic hills overlooking Lake Balaton 🌋. Don't worry, you don't need to be a hiking pro! 🛑 The trails are intermediate, safe, and super rewarding. Depending on what the group feels like, we can also mix things up with some awesome optional experiences -> like joining a guided exploration of the hidden caves near the capital 🦇 or going for a chilled kayaking session on the lake 🛶.
After all that nature, we will drive back to Budapest for an epic grand finale ✨. Expect an amazing balance of active days on the trail, scenic road trip drives, and relaxing our tired muscles in the famous historic thermal baths 🧖♂️. One of my favorite ways to end a day of exploring is finding a great spot to try new craft beers and traditional local food -> I am always on the hunt for a cold pint and good conversations at the Ruin Pubs! 🍻🍲

**You don't need to bring anything.** The venue has mats, lockers, and showers. If you have an office nearby, you can get in time before work.
If you work remotely, just stay after the session! there's a tranquil space to open your computer, have breakfast and get your morning started right.

In this session, we dive into Pranayama, (an ancient practice to discover the flow of energy within) and the power of conscious breathing, which is one of the most important aspects of the original yogic lifestyle. On these Tuesday evenings, we do more than just a breathwork session: this is an opportunity to explore a true harmony between our breath & the mind - body connection.
We begin with a 15-minute chest-opening yoga sequence to gently expand our lungs and prepare for deeper breathing (no need for gym clothes though, just an open mind). Then, we explore different breathing techniques designed for self-awareness, relaxation, and energy flow.
These classes are designed to help you discover how breath can be a tool to balance, energize, and center yourself.
To close, we immerse in a short yet profound "silent concert", a meditative sound journey where 174 Hz sound waves or white noise guide us into a state of deep harmony. Whether emotions are light or heavy, thoughts are clear or clouded, this is a space to simply be and find some peace.

This morning Flow class is a light, continuous practice designed to gently awaken and energize the body for the day ahead. We don’t stay in one pose for too long — movement is guided by the breath, creating a steady rhythm and a sense of flow throughout the class. The pace is soft and seamless, helping the mind settle while gradually building warmth, strength, and mobility.
The practice supports releasing stiffness, increasing circulation, and creating space for clarity, focus, and a grounded start to the morning. We close the class with soothing stretches after the dynamic sequence, allowing both the body and nervous system to soften and reset before moving into the rest of the day.
Each class follows a weekly changing theme, offering a fresh focus and a new experience every time you step onto the mat.
Breathing Therapy in the Salt Cave
Improving the quality of our breathing can powerfully support our lives. Practicing in the Salt Cave, with the support of 8 tons of salt, is a truly special experience. Everyone knows that during a cold or flu, salt can provide quick support.
And of course, we all know how to breathe, because we are alive. Learning proper breathing takes time and a little perseverance. Even one breathing therapy session can bring us a lot of understanding, but for more reliable results, a greater number of repetitions is helpful.
What can you expect at such a breathing therapy class in the Salt Cave? After settling into a comfortable seated position, we will go over the basics of proper breathing together, then step by step we will practice these gentle and slow movements with every breath.

Practice Buddhist meditation in the middle of Budapest!
The meditation is suitable for beginners. Each regular meditation is guided and begins with a short introduction. (all together is about 30-40 minutes)
Our regular Buddhist meditations have proven popular with people who want to integrate authentic Buddhist methods into their daily lives. For the modern lay person who is juggling work, relationships, and an active role in society, we teach a meditation that is easy to learn, and profound and powerful for experienced practitioners.
The meditation originates from the Karma Kagyu tradition of Tibetan Buddhism. It has a cumulative effect on mind, leading to greater clarity and calmness. Fearlessness, joy, and active compassion are the result of regular practice of Buddhist meditation.

We gather in a circle. Your friendly walk host gives a speech to set the tone. Everyone shares: your name, what you're grateful for, and your topic. That's it. 60 seconds.
**Step 3: Walk, talk & float**
We walk 5 miles. You naturally drift into conversation with 2-3 people at a time, pulled by topics that spark your curiosity. When you're ready to move on, just say: "I'm going to float!"
**Step 4: Feel more alive**
Two hours flies by. You're back where you started — but you feel different. More alive. More energized. More connected to yourself and others. That's why regulars join 20+ times.
