Welcome to an evening of explorative movement and playful connections, inviting us to meet and mingle, explore and play.. [Tickets and more info here](https://buytickets.at/dancelondon/583732) Inspired by various freestyle movement and partner dance practices, **Moving Connections** is a chance to move and be moved, to relax into our bodies and to explore connections through simple exercises that support us to meet and connect without words, in a light and embodied way. Everyone is welcome! There's no skills or experience needed - just an open mind, a little curiosity and the willingness to have a go. **Schedule:** Please arrive before 7pm so we can share the journey together. We'll start with a gentle warm up before being guided through a series of simple exercises that invite us to connect with ourselves and others in a heartfelt and curious way. She is the creator and manager of Moving Connections Camp in June and [Rumble](http://www.rumblefestival.co.uk/) festival, a conscious dance event that combines many different forms of movement and therapeutic practices that enable us to explore our inner and outer worlds in a safe and supportive environment.
