Join us for a small outdoor mat Pilates class in Utrecht 🌿 We’ll meet in the park for a relaxed, beginner-friendly Pilates session. The class is suitable for all levels and focuses on moving your body, breathing, building strength and enjoying a calm evening outside. Please bring your own mat, water and comfortable clothes. Hey! So yeah the idea is to meet up make some art and have a good time! It doesnt really matter what medium you choose or how good you think you are. The point is to be encouraged to take some time out of the week to make art, for whatever reason you do it for.
